:) - The tour logistics was on point! Driver arrived on time, enough time on each stop for everyone to enjoy their visit. Jorge and Oscar were awesome! Knowledgeable, professional and funny tour guides. 100% recommended

Special - Extraordinary organized tour! We immersed ourselves in Mayan culture. Seeing one of the 7 wonders of the world, Chichen Itza, typical buffet lunch included, amazing cenotes and Valladolid.
Daniel was kind and clear throughout. Orlando autism was super!

Awesome tour Experience Chichenitza full day - It was a very nice family trip , recommended.
Just make sure you pay for the parks yourself or at the app. Due to they will charge you around $850 pesos . This charge is for the parts and fees for the Mex government. Other than that it was a very good experience, our tour guys Hector and Efrain were very nice .
Also the tour guy at the pyramid was also great . His last name was Lugo. We did the Cenotes and we also stop at the small Amaya town.
People will try to sell you stuff , but it’s normal, the Chaman will also try to sell you things , but they will not push you hard.
Make sure you are dress for the occasion since in Yucatán is very hot.
If you go on June to August .
Other than that the trip is excellent.

Best tour cancun, chichen itza - Efrain, Hector, and Juan were amazing, we had a very good expirience with the tour. Was very informative and fun time, seeing al the sites and 1 of the 7 wonders of the world. Learned so much about mayan culture and history, def give these guys a raise!!!

Average. At best - Ave was pushing on bug repellent and at the same time he said please no make-up no body lotion in the cenote there is holy water there. Yeah stale water.
Other than the rather agrresive sale on the repellent which was never needed but people bought it , he talks too much too fast and too loud.
At chichenitza he had split the group. Some of us went with a random selected your guide and the rest remained with Ave. Our tour guide had no sense of time, we missed the bus and the second cenote and we wanted 1 hour for the bus to be back from the cenote.
Completely messed up.
Maya village food was very good, that was the only good thing about the trip.
Why don't you do shorter trips? 12-14hous is too much.

Estafa total - The worst experience ever. I do NOT recommended. They did not explain that you need to pay for extra charges like the entry tickets for Chichén Itzá that are supposed to be included in the normal price listed on the website (all other local tours included for the same price that this tour sells it for). The lady that was collecting the payments was rude and disrespectful when asking why Mexican Nationals needed to pay the full rate knowing that by law they have discount pricing for the ticket for Chichén Itzá for Mexican Nationals. The tour offers you an experience with a shaman, but that turned out to totally be a scam and a waste of time; he tried to sell us a local stone for $300 USD when elsewhere the normal price is $30 USD. they got mad if you refuse buy the stone. Additionally, the buffet did not include drinks, instead they sold that separately at a high mark up price, at nearly triple the normal price.
