Beautiful experience, recommended! - Our guide Isaac knew a lot about the history of the Mayans. Joseph is a good driver. We enjoyed the excursion and we are very satisfied with how they took care of us. Communication from the automatic app with information about the excursion is not clear about the costs you have to pay during the excursion. For example, the app stated that we had to pay 100 pesos in Coba, while that is 200 pesos per person and that was not stated in the app.

Great day out atChichen Itza, Coba - Great trip. Thanks to Johnny our driver for a comfortable drive and clean mini bus and looking after the bags when we were away at the sites. Pedro our trike driver at Coba spoke excellent English and was able to give us a lot of historical info of the site. Isaac the guide kept the trip interesting speaking both Spanish and English and we didn't feel as if we missed any of the information. We would have liked more time at Coba and Chichen Itza rather than the cenote.

Great trip - This was a great trip & Charlie was very informative, but for some reason we did the trip in a different order so visited Chichen Itza last instead of second. Then it was just too hot to walk around Chichen Itza which was a shame as one of the seven wonders of the world! Also Coba charge an astronomical amount for a bottle of water as we'd run out. I think water should be included on the as a minimum. Even if we had to pay $1 for it instead of 480 MXN for 8 bottles of water!

Getting to know Yucatan - We went with the friends tour company. The guide Juam was excellent, very friendly, and very clear in his explanations. The only thing that might need to be changed is to see if the fees, vests and lockers could be paid sooner without having to run around looking for where to get the money from. We didn't have Mexican pesos and they didn't accept credit cards everywhere and that issue was a nuisance. All in all it was a great experience.

Amazing guide, company service could be clearer - We took the tour with the guide Juam and the driver Carlos. They were both very friendly and the guide was charismatic and explanatory. The only thing is with the company, they did not make it clear how much was going to be spent and whether or not you could use a card. So the first problem we had was with a payment. It would be nice if they offered the excursion with the final value of it.

Fun tour but beware of extra costs - Pros: + punctual + good communication beforehand and responsive to questions + guide Marcela good energy and knowledgeable Cons: - different order of itinerary: Chichen Itza is actually last - Incorrect info re cost of life vests and lockers (even though I had asked several times BEFORE the start of the tour) - life vests are MXN 100 pp and lockers MXN 100 (lockers can be shared); I had been told MXN 130 pp for life vests incl. lockers - You are strongly encouraged to pay the entry for Chichen via a QR code that the tour provides (supposedly to avoid queues, which I saw none of upon our arrival) - note that this ends up including almost 10 USD in additional fees per person - entry fee is 548 MXN pp which is ~32 USD; we ended up paying over 41 USD pp
