Tour for new comers - Trip was amazing the guide Jesus was incredible with the knowledge and translation, the driver was professional and on time. If I could add one thing the swim at the cenote should have been longer and less time at the shopping but all in all the tour was really good

Tour was great! - Edwin was a great guide and very informative! Little bit of time killing in tourist shops required but it really didn't detract from the experience at all. I would highly recommend it.

Chichen Itzà tour - Everything was fine, the “check-in” was a little bit slow. The bus was nice and clean, there was AC on the bus and it worked nice. There was a restroom on the bus. Our guide was really cool and informative. The cenote was beautiful. The english guide at Chichen Itzà was 5*.

Great Pyramid/Cenote tour - This was a great tour. It was very well planned and the instructions of where to meet up and checking in went very smoothly. The guides were so good at explaining the day and what we should expect. Jimmy was one of our guides and he did an amazing job at explaining everything in Spanish and in English. I highly recommend this tour.

Good tour - but watch out ! - The tour seemed cheap at first, which surprised us. After booking we received a message that an additional $24 on top per person must be paid. This is probably a conservation tax that is considered an extra charge for the Chichen Itza park. In addition, next to the restaurant, it goes to a “Mayan village” offering many souvenirs that seem to have been made by Mayans. In addition, there is a blessing from a shaman. Food was fine and satisfies the small hunger. The cenote was beautiful and the park by Chichen Itza is also. Finally we head to Valladolid, a small town. There you can eat a few churros etc. at a food market. Our tour guide Emiliano was very nice and really explained a lot. Lots of information about the Mayans in English and also Spanish. I would recommend the tour in principle but point out that this tax still comes in top. Price performance is ok, (apart from tax)

Chichen Itza Bus Tour - Our guide at the ruins was very good. I would give the tour a healthy 4 out of 5 but the guide on the bus spoke English 20% of the time so we had no clue what was going on with his explanations of things while we were travelling. It actually got annoying at times. The bus was comfortable and the people running the tour were very friendly. We were well taken care of.

Never again - Excursion Pick up was 30 late. The driver registered us for another 40 min and made us pay more money on the top of what we paid. Like 100 usd per family. In the bus ac was very strong. Cold. Toilet did not work. 1 stop - senod.  Was  good. Then they brought us to sm place with 30 min of cheap marketing. Trying to sell us smth we don't need. Then we had to stay 30min in a shop where we had to buy that obsidian things for super expensive price. Noone did. Then we had lunch. Disgusting.  On the way to Chechen Itza (finally) in the bus they gave us some green alcohol to drink amd straight away tried to sell us a bottle of this alcohol with our picture on the bottle stocked with scotch. On the way back we stopped in another town. It was dark already. Bus tried to park for 30 minutes driving around. Then we had 30 min to buy the food or go to the toilet.  On tbe way home it was raining.  So water started to leak from the windows inside the bus. In total exosting tour. Never again.
