Great experience - Great tour, shown around two open cenotes and two cave cenotes. Lovely, relaxed day. Would definitely recommend. (Go early so can take lots of pictures without people in the background)

A highlight of our trip! - This was the highlight of our (already amazing) trip! Everything about the excursion was perfect - punctual pick-up, smooth journey in a comfortable and air-conditioned vehicle, and friendly and helpful staff - and the cenotes themselves were incredible. They're close together yet each have their own special and unique characteristics. Bring your snorkeling gear! The world underneath the water is stunning with beautiful rock formations and small, sometimes colorful fish. We will definitely be doing this excursion again :)

The unforgettable one! - This was the highlight of our 3day trip to Tulum. What an amazing and refreshing experience it was! We visited a cenote for the first time and we definitely look forward to come back to Tulum for diving in the exotic cenotes in and around. The tour operator was reachable. The guided tour at cenotes lasted for around 3hours as against 6hours window mentioned in the tour package. There wasn’t much to do in there after those 3hours. We opted for pickup and drop service and only wished if the drop off timings were a bit flexible. Since our resort was nearby we could take a taxi back to the hotel. Overall it was very good!

Easy tour without turtles - Not worth the money. The transfer there was in a full bus with air conditioning that didn't cool down. The driver couldn't speak English and hardly gave any information. I had to ask other guests to find out what was going on. Stopped twice, once to pay for the tickets and the second time to get the entry wristbands. After the third time we finally got there... it took a total of 1.5 hours to collect the other guests. Getting on and off was pointless. Especially since I was traveling with a baby... When I arrived I again got hardly any information, there was a guide who gave information, but I was too late to find out everything. You have to pay money for a spin, $7 or 100 pesos. The cenotes aren't particularly beautiful or clean, I've seen better ones! Didn't see any turtles either. Lots of mosquitoes!!! The first guide pointed to two times when you go back. I took the first and that was mine too. Apparently we were split up into either 3 or 5 o'clock. So 2 people were missing... I'm sure they came back, I don't know. This trip was more pleasant and air-conditioned. I wouldn't recommend this tour. I've been on better tours in Mexico. But it is safe, I had concerns :-)

Transportation Horrible - The tour and the food was good. The transportation portion of the tour was horrible. We took a small van that was not cooled sufficiently to a big smelly coach bus. It was a very uncomfortable ride. My family refused to ride back in that bus for an hour so we paid to take a cab back to our resort. My brother who weighs 239 lbs was not able to participate in the zip lining activity due to his weight. So that’s something to consider when booking this tour.

bad - Me and my boyfriend paid for the tour of 4 cenotes plus the private cenote so 5 total and we only got to see 3 because at every cenote our guide went off with 3 girls out of our group of 15 or so to take pictures for 20 minutes, so by the time we were done with the 3rd an extra hour was wasted and we had to leave to catch our cab and get back to our resort for other reservations. We then were refused a refund for the 2 cenotes we couldn’t see :( anyway the nature was beautiful.
