Excellent service! - Timothy is absolutely wonderful!
Our flight was delayed and I had no cell service (while out of Canada)
He waited a very long time for us (as we had a 2 hour flight delay)
When I was finally able to connect with him he came immediately back to the airport
I was very worried we would be stranded in the desert as we had a very early return flight and booking the return through viator was not an option
Timothy was beyond reassuring and so helpful, friendly and professional
My expectations were surpassed
