- Saguaro National Park - Experience one of the most stunning displays of natural desert landscape the Southwest has to offer on our Saguaro National Park East E-bike tour! This park is both a local and visitor favorite for young and old alike. It’s an easy ride with beautiful Sonoran Desert vistas unique to Tucson and its surrounding mountains. The 8-mile loop we ride is paved and winds up and down as a super fun and unique ride through the desert. Riders will view native plants and animals while surrounded by the spectacular scenery of the Sonoran Desert, including a stop at the Visitor’s Center on the way out. We’ll finish back at Saguaro Corners for a drink and bite to eat (not included).

We journey through the Sonoran Desert using Pedego Electric Bikes, America’s premier ebike brand, providing us better coverage than conventional bicycles. Our path is a well-maintained paved route that courses through the National Park. Our expert tour guides, often Pedego E-Bike owners themselves, provide interesting facts and knowledge about the beautiful desert landscape and the many creatures inhabiting the Saguaro National Park.
Advantages of using an electric bike? Say goodbye to concerns about tackling steep inclines, lagging behind the group, or ending up drenched in perspiration! Our e-bikes come with a throttle and/or ‘pedal assist’, making the ride easy and laid-back, but still incredibly enjoyable for everyone regardless of their fitness level!
- Do you have child or pet carriers on two wheels to tow behind your bikes? - No
- Due to biking being a physical activity (yes, even e-biking!) all riders must be in physical shape to operate an electric bike
- Due to the model of e-bikes we utilize, all riders must be under 260 lbs. and 6’ 5” tall. Those who do not fit these criteria will not safely fit on our e-bikes.
- All riders must be 16 years or older to operate electric bike.

Highly Recommend - We had so much fun on this tour. Carol was great! The bikes were a blast. I was worried about my 73 year-old father, but I think he liked it better than the rest of us.

Best e-bike tour ever! - There were four of us ladies (age 60 to 67) and we did the half day Saguaro National Park East tour. Our guide, John, was EXCELLENT. He was patient, kind, encouraging (varying abilities) and very informative on the area's history and nature. The bikes were a blast, and John certainly made the whole thing more fun. Although we would have liked the option to purchase a gel seat, we all give this experience a full 10!

100% Recommend! - This was my first time on an e-bike, and it was so much fun!
Carol was an excellent guide. She ensured we were all comfortable with our bikes and shared so many amazing facts about the park. We had beautiful weather, and this was a great way to spend the morning.

We had a great time - Carol was a great guide and very friendly and knowledgeable.
A real professional.
We’d love to do another ride with her.
One negative observation… Pedago recommended the food at Saguaro Corners but it’s not very good.
The staff is friendly and efficient but the food is below average.

Enjoyable NP outing - The guide Chris was excellent. The ride itself was easy but would have been difficult for me without an e-bike. Learning about the park was the best part. My wife had to cancel at the last minute because of illness. We would have appreciated a refund or Viator credit for her ride.

Things happen. - We were super disappointed. I booked the bike tour when doing the planning for my husband’s 65th Birthday and we were so looking forward to it. James left me a voicemail early the morning scheduled to inquire where we were and we were late. The seasonal hours changed at some point to 7:30am and our tour was scheduled for 10am and were not informed. We were so disappointed when James informed us of what happened. Just one of those things and not really anyone’s fault. James was kind, refunded our money and provided us with 2 hours of e-bike time at no cost. Next time we are back to visit Tucson, we will try again to take the tour.
