Lao Cai - Cao Son (Scheduled for Wednesday)

Muong Khuong - Begin the journey by driving to Muong Khuong district. Along the way, enjoy the breathtaking views of tea plantations and lush green pine forests. Additionally, encounter the Giay ethnic group in their vibrant traditional attire in Ban Lau or Thanh Binh.

At 10:00 am, arrive at Cao Son, check into Cao Son Lodge, and unwind before embarking on the afternoon adventure.
In the afternoon, the program continues with a walk to the tranquil village of Tin Thang. Explore the village and experience the local lifestyle. Discover the traditional methods of making bacon, and savor the corn wine and corn cake offered by the locals.

Cao Son - Lung Khau Nhin – Sapa (Scheduled for Thursday)

Sapa - Travel to Lung Khau Nhin market, a small market nestled within a lush pine tree forest.

Here, witness various ethnic minority groups in their colorful traditional attire, including the Flower Hmong, Tu Di, Tay, and Giay communities. Explore a diverse array of homemade products such as vegetables, fruits, and even domestic animals sold by the locals. Engage with the locals and enjoy their traditional cuisine.

Muong Khuong - After exploring the market, continue the journey with a short walk to a Black Dao village. Visit a local home and converse with the residents to gain insights into their culture, traditions, and daily life. Return to Muong Khuong for lunch at a local restaurant. After lunch, take a brief rest before driving back to Sapa.

Sapa - Ta Phin - Mong Sen - Lao Cai (Scheduled for Friday)

Ta Phin Village - On the third day, travel to Ta Phin village, home to the Red Dao and Black Hmong communities. Observe the distinct cultural life of these two major ethnic groups, who coexist harmoniously while preserving their traditions across generations. Stroll through the village lanes to visit local homes, appreciating the unique architectural styles, furniture arrangements, and handicrafts.

After leaving the village, descend a dirt trail through a mountainous region. Along the way, enjoy breathtaking views of the stunning rice terraces and cornfields. Keep a camera ready to capture these remarkable scenes. Pause for lunch at a scenic spot.

Lao Cai - Following lunch and a brief rest, continue the tour by trekking downhill to Mong Sen, where a car awaits to transport you back to Lao Cai station. From there, board a comfortable train back to Hanoi.
