Very good ! - Very nice day… Nothing to complain about the organization, the atmosphere and the lunch… I strongly recommend it, especially since the price of this service is very reasonable….

Great! Book if you can! - The tour guides were super kind and nice! Everything was smooth and timely! Had fun on the bikes and kayaking even in the chilly cloudy weather!

10/10 - We were pleasantly surprised by this excursion! Complete meal for all tastes (fish, tofu, meat, rice, etc.), very welcoming staff. Complete excursion with a passage in front of the Floating village, a Kayak session, the bay of Halong, the meal, the village of Viet Haï which can be visited by bike among the vegetation, the buffaloes and the mountains with then a fish pond to put these feet up, a little trip to Monkey Island and when the weather is nice you can see the sunset there. Superb day, I recommend 100%! Incredible value for money! Ps: despite a snorkeling session offered, there is nothing to see in the water

Fantastic Day - Absolutely loved our day with L Travel. Kayaking through caves, jumping from the top of the boat, cycling through the village. We saw monkeys and my husband even saw the endangered Langur.

Awesome! - The tour was awesome. The kayaking was the highlight for us. Everything was well arranged. Perfect tour!

Worth the money ! - What a brilliant day, we saw amazing views, 90mins of kayaking through beautiful scenery and caves, swimming and monkey beach. Tony was a brilliant guide and lunch was great. No faults here!

Boat tour around floating villages, kayaking, Vietnamese buffet lunch, cycling and monkey island - Tony and his team were fantastic! The trip was perfectly run with an amazing buffet lunch. Highlight was kayaking through the caves and lagoons. Worth every cent!

I hope for the best! - I am the one who Joshua was talking about. Unfortunately it’s true! I was forced to delete the review, well now since I’m far away, I know that I will not go to jail because of negative review. But the lady from the hostel where I bought the tour, was threatening that she calls the police if I don’t delete my review. I never had something like this before. I was shocked. The thing is… the company is probably ok but their mistake is that they ask the hostels to get the clients for the tour and then they are looking for guilty person! If I were you guys, I would stay away from the hostels and do my business on my own! Your company is on main road of CatBa, you don’t even need hostels help! Because the hostels represent your company that’s why YOU get negative references! We can’t leave the negative reference for the hostels… Each hostel represents YOU! So think about it, please! P.S. please follow my advice! Give passengers FREE bottle of WATER when they come to the boat because water is the first resource that people need! Don’t be cheap, don’t charge for 0.5 bottle. Thank you! I understand that you (maybe) never got negative references, but I really hope that these references will help you to improve your company instead of looking for guilty ones!!!!

Not satisfied at all - Warnings!!!! Stop accusing people of being tourist mafia! Instead of accepting what happened on a tour you are trying to threaten people. There were two other my friends who wrote negative reviews but they had to delete it because they threatened them in the hostel where they booked the trip. We were group of friends who didn’t enjoy the trip! And stop talking about Monkey island! It was not about island, it was about how you treat the tourists! My friend Mitzi wrote everything that happened on the tour! We didn’t see half of what was in a program! One of our friend got sick and they didn’t even give her a water! All the drinks were not included which is so stupid because the water is one of the necessary things on the boat! Instead of threaten people and calling us different words like mafia or scam, you have to improve your tour! If you don’t include turtle island, three swimming stops in corral water, don’t add it to your program! Warn people to take water with them if you don’t want to give them one free bottle. And at least the tour guide should introduce himself to people who he works with! There was no safety of swimming to the island! Gosh, this is the first trip that I got disappointed and pissed off that they threatened my friends after leaving bad references! You can call me mafia or whatever curse you use, but I think the smart tourists and travelers can read between the lines! Good luck to you, guys!

Not worth it - It was the worst trip I've been on. did not match the description. there was lunch included which was fine but no drinks, not even water. we never got to ha long bay, snorkelling to see coral reefs is no way you can do it in this dirty water. Monkey Island could be seen from the boat if you didn't want to swim in. the visit to "fishing villages" is more of a sailing trip past. None of the staff introduced themselves and the 100 of sandy beaches is a big exaggeration. all in all so disappointing and i can't recommend this trip.
