Following this, there is an opportunity to visit a small family-run business to learn about the traditional methods used to make coconut candy and crispy rice popcorn.
A leisurely walk through the small villages will lead to a vast orchard and fruit plantation, where guests can also enjoy a captivating performance of traditional southern Vietnamese folk music.
At around 11:30 AM, the cruise continues through a network of small canals, revealing the hidden beauty of the Upper Mekong Delta.
- Tan Phong - Upon reaching Tan Phong Island, participants can engage in a cooking class to learn how to prepare special Vietnamese dishes. Lunch will be served in the garden, featuring fresh river food. Afterward, guests can relax on hammocks to recharge.
At approximately 2:00 PM, a bike ride along village paths lined with fruit orchards and bonsai gardens offers a chance to meet local islanders and gain insight into daily life in the Mekong Delta.
Finally, around 3:00 PM, a boat ride will return visitors to Cai Be, followed by a van or car ride back to Ho Chi Minh City.
