Amazing! - Excellent excursion. Even though the chances of seeing The Nothern lights were not great due to the weather, our guide and driver Alan made incredible true! Using various maps, forecasts and apps, he found a suitable spot where we saw nothern light! We stayed there almost 3 hrs and we spotted The Nothern lights repeatedly. It was obvious that he understands his job. In addition, he prepared an interesting talk about The Nothern lights and also a small campfire with cake and hot tea/coffee. On the way back we came across another spot and the spectacle was awesome! I recommend it to everyone for this individual approach.

Alan is the guy! Great tour, amazing lights - Truly incredible! Big thanks to our amazing guide, Alan (I think that's his name! A bearded guy with glasses?). Tromso was super cloudy so he quickly drove us about an hour away and we IMMEDIATELY found clear skies and the aurora. It was a great night and he took a bunch of pictures of us with the northern lights. Such a great and hyper guy! By 11 pm we were back in Tromso happy as a clam. Of course this is nature and he personally didn't "make" anything, but I don't know, Alan had a great vibe and I'm happy he was our guide that night. There are some other companies that offer tours in bigger buses (about 50 people), which I also booked, but honestly that was a little too much for me. So many people that don't know how to behave, so loud... kinda annoying overall. The mini bus was perfect, or maybe I was just lucky and the 15 people I shared the bus with were just normal, good functioning humans. Attached one of Alan's pictures!

Chase is an apt description! Exciting! - Although the weather was not ideal and it took most of the night to find a powerful sighting of the Northern Lights, our driver (Allen) was extremely passionate, helpful, and devoted to finding all of us a good spot and chasing the lights late into the night.

Amazing experience - Our Tourguide Alan is very experienced , so he took us to a place some 50 km north of Tromsø. We had a very good night with northern lights for two hours. It was absolutely impressive. Alan gave us a lot of information about the lights and also helped fellow travelers with advice regarding their foto equipment. He also took pictures of participants in front of the lights, if wanted. Finally the evening ended with a little campfire and cake with tea or coffee. All in all we were back after six hours. We can recommend the organization without any limitations. Thanks to Alan for the wonderful evening.

Fantastic - Our guide Andrei was fantastic. He gave us lots of insight into how the guides use different methods to gage the likelihood of seeing the Aurora in the region. The cake and hot drinks was a lovely touch to keep everyone’s spirits up in the cold and in the end for us we were very lucky and it was all worth the wait!! Thank you!

Amazing time - My son and I absolutely loved our trip with this company. I believe our guide was Allen (I’m sorry if I have that wrong) who did a great job. Everything about it was brilliant. Highly recommend if you want to avoid large groups. We were very very lucky to see the northern lights and the campfire and cake was a really nice touch. If I could suggest anything, milk and sugar for the coffee but that was literally all I can suggest as an improvement. Would certainly book again next time I’m here

Horrible experience - Our guide Alan had only one purpose - to chase the lights which he perseveringly did- it was a successful evening to witness the lights several times. But he disappointed us in more ways than one. He was irrirated when we told him we were suffocating and needed air. He didnt make toilet stops until we insisted. He didnt offer suits and it was a freezing evening. People had to request for a bonfire. In summary Allan failed to take care of his costumers needs. Its a waste of money to book with this tour - the bus seats were extremely uncomfortable - we were slipping and sliding off our seats and the guide was driving at a speed that didnt feel safe.
