Recommended local agency - Pick up in the center of Trømso and transfer to the island of Kvaløya where we will carry out the activity. Snowshoe walk for an hour and a half, visit the husky family and finish the activity with a hot drink and homemade candy.

A wonderful experience - A wonderful experience snowshoeing across beautiful landscapes. We did about 5k in total, with a stop half way through for hot drinks and biscuits (supplied by the guides). The guides were incredibly knowledgeable and were more than happy to answer any question we had. We took 2 dogs on the hike, which I enjoyed very much! We spent time in the dog yard after snowshoeing, which was amazing

Great snowshoe hike with husky visit like with friends - Yesterday we had a husky tour here. It was like visiting friends. Anyone who needed it got thermal clothing and shoes. We all got snowshoes and anyone who wanted poles. Nadja and Leo led us through beautiful scenery with short breaks. During a longer break with hot drinks and biscuits we were given information about the island, flora and fauna. After 2 hours the group was able to warm up in the center and enjoy chocolate cake and drinks. After an entertaining introduction to the center and the dogs, anyone who wanted could go and visit the huskies. Since we had enjoyed it so much the day before, we joined in straight away. We gave the dogs a few cuddles and were able to ask Nadia and Leo a few more questions. When it was time to say goodbye, it was hard. We felt really comfortable. The people were all nice, open and helpful and the dogs were cuddly and considerate. They were two great experiences.

Amazing views and a fun time on the hike - I had a very good guide on the Snowshoe hike. Hope I remember right, when I say her name was Vicki, she was from Sweden. For me it was luck, I was the only one booked on the hike, the day I went. So had a lot of time to get to know the dog and had some nice talks witn the guide. I got to walk with the dog for a lot of the hike. Which really was a great experience. There where a bit of learing for both me and the dog, but at the end it went well.. I can only recommend it. The quite times in the mountains, with a fresh air, nothing can beat it.. Just remember even if you think it is cold, when you start the hike you will get to be warm..

Big fun - We were lucky with the weather (blue sky), but what a wonderful day we had. Beautiful walk in the snow, accompanied by guide Charlotte and huskey Ali, some hot chocolate down the road and at the end a big hug with the puppies

Fantastic experience - It was a fantastic Day. our guide made sure that we had a wonderful experience especially me as i was quite a beginner to snowshoeing. The atmosphere was perfect and the break around the fire was fantastic. We were fortunate enough that the weather was good until the activity was over. I would do it again and again!

A fantastic walk topped off with lots of Huskies! - This was the highlight of our whole trip. We had not initially planned this activity but saw the offer in town at their booking store. The pick up was efficiently done. The centre provided all the equipment required for snowshoeing, including snowsuits to keep warm in. We had two lovely guides and even had an old boy husky join us on the walk. The guides were very enthusiastic and told us a lot about the huskies. We also stopped for pictures. The homemade cake and hot chocolate was absolutely amazing. To top it all off, we got to see some of the husky pups and the huskies themselves in the dog yard. It was such a joy: the dogs were all really friendly and happy to see us! Worth a visit!

Great day out! - This was honestly so much fun. Our guide(can't remember his name) was a lovely lad from Denmark. The oy thing I would say it is rather physical. So be prepared! We stopped half way to light a fire and drink some coffee or tea and have biscuits which were provided. The scenery is amazing. We also met the huskies afterwards which was special. Its a must do during your visit.
