Northern Lights Chase Tromso! - The guide gave us a tour of the different spots around Kvaløya and it was absolutely unforgettable. We visited stunning viewpoints and beautiful natural landscapes that we would never have found on our own. The guide was knowledgeable, friendly, and made the whole experience feel personal and relaxed. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Tromsø! Thanks Pedro & Muhamad!

Terrific Experience - The guide found the Northern Lights for us! He found the little bit of clear sky in an area that was pretty cloudy! He also explained everything we could want to know about N lights and how to set your camera for the best photos.. Cookies and hot chocolate were available and a bathroom on board the bus.

Amazing Northern lights - We had an amazing tour and saw so many Northern lights. The tour guides were friendly and knowledgeable and helped you with taking the best photos possible with your own camera/phone. You also get a professional photo included in the price. We went to 2 different locations and although we had trouble with our coach getting stuck in the second location, the extra time waiting for recovery meant we had so much more of a chance to see some spectacular lights that we may not have seen if we were not delayed so much! The problem was dealt with well and we were provided taxis home so although a very long tour it was worth it for the lights. We were also given compensation for the inconvenience which we were grateful for. Would highly recommend this tour provider.

Very nice tour team, but unfortunately few auroras. - Unfortunately, the weather was not ideal and we had to drive far to find clear skies. Then, however, we could see aurora borealis, which were also quite impressive for a short period (about 5 to 10 minutes). After that, they were only faintly visible to the naked eye and not sharply defined even for cameras with long exposure. Of course, this is not a mistake of the tour team, which was very likeable.

Great guides who try their best and we saw the strongest of lights - These guides coordinate with one another and take to far away places from Tromso where skies are clearer. We did the get the lights and it was visible by naked eye with full colours.

Exciting - On the evening of our tour we left Tromso snowing. Our guide Boris took us to a couple of hours by bus and after a wait of about 40 minutes the sky opened and we could admire a beautiful aurora! Boris explained many things about the aurora and advised us on how to photograph it. The photos he took of us were available online the next day. For us it was a wonderful experience!

The organisation was not... - The organisation was not perfect, we were given two different meeting points, distancing about 300 mts and the bus arrived at the very last minute. At the end we found them and we left to chase the northern lights.

Northern lights with not so friendly crew and a bus stuck in snow - The big bus arctic guide service chasing lights tour was very average. To begin with there were 2 guides on the bus namely Yago and Boris, out of which Yago was friendly and nice whereas Boris was extremely rude. Though we understand that the guides had to take care of lots of people on the bus, but the attention level to the needs of guests was minimal. Specially Boris was extremely rude when clicking pictures of guests and always seemed to be in a rush. Our bus also met with a minor snow incident that got all people stranded for 4-5 hours. Arctic guide services head office compensated 50% refund for the problem caused that was quite nice of them; however the decision making in crisis management time with 40-50 people stranded in middle of nowhere was very slow. The guides kept on mentioning that bus company would organize something without understanding that guests had booked with arctic guide services and not the bus company. How the matter needed to be financially settled between arctic guide services and bus company was non of our concerns. Solution and rescue shall have been speedy by Arctic guide team. The only reason I gave this experience a 3 star review is because the team was successful enough to show us a good display of lights despite of the problems.
