A true Northern Lights chase with experienced and passionate guide - It was truly a chase experience. We were able to see the Northern Lights despite the gloomy weather in Tromso. Our guide Anna was knowledgable and experienced and took us to a spot near Finland with clear night sky full of stars. She patiently took several great pictures of us with the Auroras. On our way back, she even offered people with one more stop as there were predictions of great auroral activities soon. She didn't have to do this as we already had our photos with Auroras and were satisfied with it. This was a bonus from her that shows how passionate she is about her job as a tour guide and her commitment to giving people the best possible experience. It was totally worth it as I saw the Auroras dancing behind the mountains that felt totally unreal. All thanks to Anna, we all had a memorable trip! This trip provides a really good value for money and highly recommend booking them.

Breathtaking Northern Lights Experience - We took the bus trip from Tromsø to see the northern lights with guides Fjodor and Toine. The trip was really nice and both guides were super. Both were really friendly, knowledgeable and helpful and went the extra mile to find clear skies for us. We went to two different spots with clear skies and lucked out with amazing northern lights both times. It was a super fun trip and a memorable experience. Steve & Petra

Wonderful Tour and Guiides - Booked the Northern Lights tour with Norwegian Travels. Tour started a bit late due to some difficulty with the bus. However, we quickly went outside the city to view the lights. We were very lucky as the lights began to appear immediately after we arrived. Both guides were extremely knowledgeable and helpful with taking pictures. We also went to a second location where the Aurora was equally prominent. Overall, great tour and well facilitated.

Knowledgeable guides and amazing views of the Northern Lights - We did the Northern Lights tour in mid February. Our guide was very knowledgeable and gave us the scientific and cultural background of the Northern lights on the way to the location. It was very cloudy in Tromsø, so we drove 2.5 hours to Finland and caught amazing views of the lights. We were able to take many of our own photos and also had a few taken by the guide as well. There was also coffee, hot chocolate, tea, and cookies available once we reached our destination. We got back to Tromsø around 2:30AM on a Saturday and were able to grab a bus back to our Airbnb. Overall, it was a very enjoyable experience and I highly recommend it!

Nice - We were on this tour on 13.04.24 and the team was really kind and sweet. Tromsø was very cloudy so we drove to finnland and were lucky there. We had 3 stops in total, with each stop getting better and better views and results. On our way there the team explained how northers lights work, some myths, how you can predict them and more. Overall a really nice experience.

Beautiful lights but mediocre guides - Overall a nice tour, the guides were not in a rush to get home, so we had a lot of time to see everything and we stayed longer than scheduled- really nice. However the speaker in the bus were not working properly so we didn’t get much “guiding” and the guides seemed not that interested in teach about the northern lights or giving information, so we didn’t get a picture with the professional camera because they didn’t tell us were they sat up the camera, and there were so many people from other busses that you got really confused who your guide was. But we saw the northern light so over all a good trip

Best Aurora - This is a long pending review. Got busy with life and travel. Visited Tromso last year March 2023. Norwegian Travels is the best one to go if you want to watch for the Aurora. They make sure we get the best of the sights possible. In fact the team who took us was the one to spot the Aurora 1st, later so many other tour groups arrived. The aurora that we spotted was dancing over our head. Can score it as a 11/10 , that good one. The entire team is lovely and very friendly.

Aurora couldn't be seen with the eye. - The tour guide lowered our expectation as soon as the bus started. We were told that most photos are edited and what we see in the photos can'tbeseenwith the naked eye. We wonder if the photos posted by this tour operator are also edited, but we can't say for sure. There was no 'chasing'. We were taken to one location We were told that the Northern Lights can be seen only through the camera on that day at that location. No effort was made by the guides to go to a better location. Overall below expectation.

Rude bus driver - I went for the tour on 11/03/2024. Tour guide was good, helpful, wanted to show the lights to us. But the bus driver was very rude from the starting. Was behaving rudely to passengers especially to Asian. Was treating us badly. However experienced he is kindly avoid him from tours. Otherwise everyone please avoid going for the tour with them.

Great experience, just make sure to make clear you would like a photo - Staff were friendly enough, marshmallows over the fire were a nice touch. Must say was abit sad to find out at the end of the tour that professional photo’s were taken of the guests infront of the Aurora but not told to everyone. All the attendee’s were scattered along the path the bus was parked at to view the lights and must have done a photo session only for the people around the photographer at the time, wish they would have had the initiative to mentally note a photo op was offered to everyone as we missed this chance just as we’re standing 30 metres away. Just a lil more effort for the photo’s would have been nice, but apart from that it was a good experience.
