Amazing trip - It was an amazing trip with our amazing tour guide Gabreil , we were lucky to do some fishing and had the opportunity to eat a delicious soup made by Garbreil containing the fish which we caught , I totally recommend this trip to everyone!

Worth it - Very nice guide who showed us around Tromso and Kvaloya. Served us delicious fish soup and had a very pleasant chat with him

Nice boat trip - Excellent Italian guide with the yummiest soup, for whale watching make sure to come in season from nov-jan. Fishing is not part of the package FYI.

Relaxing fjord cruise on small yacht - A great way to sail around Tromsoya island in a luxury yacht. Per greeted us and was a good host throughout, giving us snippets of history and folklore along the way. The group was small, only 10, which was why we chose this trip and it felt like we were on a boat with friends by the time it finished. The scenery was stunning and the fish soup was so good, everyone had second helpings. Definitely worth it.

Great Captain who also makes an awesome fish stew - As the weather during the day was horrible and cloudy, the company actually offered me an alternative to take a night cruise on their catamaran to try and catch the lights if possible. We jumped at the chance...so glad we did. The lights cooperated just a little bit through the camera but not really with the eye....just too cloudy....the skipper did his best for us though trying to get us to a clearer location...the weather didn't cooperate but the other folks on board were brilliant and great having a chat with as well ..all in all 5 stars for the Captain and the really nice catamaran that was used...the next day we got lucky and were able to see an amazing Northern Lights display on a bus trip...the weather is just a roll of the dice and this captain and this company did as much as they could to help us out. I would definitely go with them again...they were absolutely top notch and even flexible which was a very nice gesture on their part as they did not have to do it, but did anyway.

northern lights from the water! - Captain was great! There were 3 of us, we went out to see the Northern Lights, we got to see them from this awesome boat ride. Also was served fresh caught fish soup and it was so good! I'm so glad we were able to do this tour.

Fjord channel not the Fjord - The captain was a great guy who has a wealth of knowledge and wanted you to have a great time. However, the activity says Fjord cruise but you don't go to the Fjords. You end up at the channels of the Fjord. Very disappointing that we couldn't see the Fjords.

Very terrible experience - Very Very terrible experience, The captain's attitude was very bad, he kept pointing his fingers at us and yelling, he temporarily let four people on board who were not our boat so that we didn't have enough room to sit warm and safe, refused to teach us how to use fishing rods and refused to let us on the safe deck, made us take two children to the dangerous side, didn't prepare food for us after we caught three fish, No food was provided and it was a very poor experience

Shame - I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the sea fishing excursion I booked with your company on 15th February. My experience was not only disappointing but also completely unacceptable due to the unprofessional behavior of the captain and the disregard for our safety and comfort. During the excursion, the captain displayed blatant rudeness by ignoring our group for the duration of the trip and instead focusing his attention on four individuals who were not originally part of our booking. Despite our understanding that there would be only six people on the boat, the captain allowed these additional individuals to board without explanation or apology, effectively disrupting our planned experience. Moreover, the captain's unequal treatment of our group compared to the unauthorized guests was evident in various aspects of the trip. While he provided ample fishing equipment and guidance to the unauthorized guests, our group of six was left with inadequate resources and minimal instruction. This disparity extended to the choice of fishing location, as he placed us in a cold and dangerous area of the boat while favoring the unauthorized guests with a safer spot. Furthermore, I am appalled by the captain's reckless disregard for the safety of our group, particularly considering that we had two children on board. Despite this, he callously assigned us to a dangerously exposed area of the boat while favoring the unauthorized guests with a safer and more secure spot. This blatant disregard for the well-being of our children is not only unacceptable but also poses a serious safety risk. Moreover, the unequal distribution of fishing equipment further compounded our dissatisfaction. While the unauthorized guests were provided with four fishing rods to accommodate their group of four, our group of six was inexplicably allocated only three fishing rods. This unjust disparity not only hindered our ability to fully participate in the fishing activity but also highlighted the captain's biased treatment towards the unauthorized guests who were not supposed to be on our boat in the first place. It is evident that the captain's actions were not only unprofessional but also unethical, and I demand immediate action to address these grievances and ensure that such incidents do not recur in the future. Furthermore, I must express my dismay at the captain's complete lack of assistance and guidance when members of our group successfully caught fish. Despite our excitement and anticipation, the captain chose to ignore us and provided no assistance whatsoever, forcing us to handle the catch and set up the equipment ourselves. This disregard for basic customer service and support further added to the overall disappointment and frustration of our experience. Additionally, the captain's refusal to allow us to take our caught fish back, citing a minor delay of 15 minutes as justification, is utterly unjust and unacceptable. It is outrageous that our group, including two children, was penalized for a trivial delay, especially considering the overall substandard experience we endured. I demand a prompt and satisfactory resolution to this matter, including appropriate compensation for the unacceptable treatment we received. Furthermore, I expect measures to be taken to prevent such incidents from occurring in the future and to uphold the standards of professionalism and customer service that your company claims to prioritize. We refuse to pay any fees and demand a refund of all costs for all six of us. In addition, we demand an apology from the captain for his rude behavior and disregard for our safety. I look forward to your prompt response and resolution of this matter.

Save your money and avoid - Save your money! It’s not what it looks like nor what they advertise. First of all, it’s not a yacht, it’s a small filthy and smelly boat. There are zero instructions nor directions as to what we’re doing or where we’re headed. The skipper is pretty rude. The boat doesn’t fit 11 but 6 people are best. There’s no seating for everyone. Overall a horrible experience and an expensive one. I blame Viator for selling experiences without knowing or any verification whatsoever. I also called Viator customer service and the girl that answered couldn’t get past her script. Zero customer service from Viator.
