First time on a cruise - We went on this cruise in honour of our parents, they had both passed away, it was our first time and we really enjoyed it , the rooms were warm and comfortable and Miriam was great , kept our rooms clean and tidy , we had a main meal in the Spey restaurant and our waiters where wonderful , a huge thank you to Kongpol and Paul , we spent a lot of time in the Lido lounge and Michelle was wonderful, we saw some wonderful scenery and really enjoyed Tromsø and Ålesund , the North Sea can be very choppy and I would recommend sea bands and any other motion sickness tablets, we saw the northern lights , but only through our camera on our phones , I have an iPhone 15

Northern Lights experience - My wife and I have food allergies and expected to not be able to eat the meal provided on the boat. We had notified them before we arrive and to our surprise, there was amazing food available for us to eat. The food was great and the experience was amazing. We observed the northern lights for over 2.5 hours on our cruise. The captain was great at pointing out where we should look and provided great information.

Best experience ever! - Absolutely amazing! Totally worth your time! We got lucky and saw the lights but even if we didn’t, we can tell that the owners of this boat care deeply for their customers and want them to have the best experience. The food was great also and the jacuzzi is amazing. One of the best nights of our lives! Thank you for this experience!

Amazing tour! - Honestly could not have had a better to tour! The captain and crew were very kind and competent, and were clearly as excited to see the Northern Lights as we were which was really nice. We saw some amazing lights, enjoyed a great meal (which they had made vegetarian at my prior request) and very much enjoyed a clean and safe to tour. My husband and I sometimes suffer from motion sickness this boat was large enough that that was not an issue (at least with the weather we had that night). Could not recommend highly enough!

Northern lights - Awesome way to view the northern lights on our first night in Tromso. The team running this is so professional and enthusiastic. Everything from the hot tub to the reindeer stew was great!

Northern lights hot tub - The host were amazing from the moment we embarked the ship on this occasion we did not see the northern lights The hot tub was amazing including the food.

Amazing Experience - This was such a great experience and I highly recommend it! We booked the Luxury North Lights Cruise with Hot Tub and Dinner. The whole experience from the minute we arrived at the port was phenomenal. We were greeted in a very friendly manner and taken downstairs to the very luxurious living room/dining room area. It was clean and comfortable. The captain and his assistant clearly explained how the night would work and what the plans would be for the search. I also liked the option to be able to eat dinner whenever we wished per booking instead of having to decide to eat dinner together as a whole group. They had a nice room for us to change into for the hot tub and there was hot water in the shower to rinse off. Each group was given their specific hot tub time and slots were picked based on group preference. Sitting in the hot tub while looking at the lights and seeing the stars was such an epic experience. Dinner was also delicious and they were able to accommodate my vegetarian diet. The captain and his assistant were very nice and friendly and added to the entire experience. I would highly recommend you book this tour.

Hot tub & lights - Thank you for a magnificent tour. The cruise's beauty lies not only in the extraordinary facilities but also in the eyes and hearts of its loving Capt & ms Sachi. We look forward to returning and bringing more souls to be touched by your team and the spectacular environment you have created. We were very lucky to see the northern lights while in the hot tub on cruise. Capt is a retired naval officer & has vast experience, he knew where to head for the clear sky to experience the lights.

The captain was a lovely... - The captain was a lovely human being and his crew was just as wonderful. This was my favorite part of our trip to Tromsø. Thank you for your gracious hospitality.

Expensive. Make sure you aren’t flying in the same day. - Make sure you are physically in the town the day of the tour. Our flight was delayed due to a snow storm and we arrived 30 minutes after the boat left. I tried reaching out to the company to request a refund but they never responded. Viator had an automated response saying no. The circumstances were beyond our control and we really wanted to go on this cruise but they don't care. The lack of leniency is a bummer.
