As some of the most experienced guides, we analyse weather predictions prior to every tour, and have close contact with a network of guides for the highest chances to see the Northern Lights. Our comfortable vehicle is fully equipped with everything we may need in the Arctic, allowing us to discover remote scenery, reaching more calm and peaceful places. We pick you up at a central location in Tromsø, allowing us more time for finding, and seeing the Aurora earlier! With no two nights the same, our enthusiasm and dedication never fades.
Upon reaching suitable skies, we will set up camp for the evening. Most of the time this is a shorter drive to the surrounding coastal islands of Tromsø, or if needed a longer drive into Finland.

Michael is fantastic guide and photographer of this tour highly- I saw the Northern Lights 👍 - Michael was a fantastic guide and driver. Clearly stated plan of action and Michael Knew where to go. Trip was well planned and we were engaged with it right from the start. Our comfort was a priority: we were warm (sole warners brillant idea), hearty tomato soup and hot drinks whenever and fire brassiere and shelter from bitter cold. Photo gallery added bonus and will be treasured. Good sized group at 5 of us plus guide. A high light of visiting Tromso. Would highly recommend Michael as a guide and this tour was special.

Magical Northern Lights Evening - Joaquin and Lucas were exceptional guides on our tour and we saw the most spectacular light show. Both had a great knowledge of the lights and the local area. Who knew that the lights actually make noise!!! Thanks to Lucas for delicious soup and carving some snow steps down to the Fjord. Sitting round the camp fire drinking coffee and swapping stories was also great fun. It was all about the lights but spending an evening with lovely people was an added bonus. They also help with tripods and camera set up. Highly recommend.

A Journey to the Northern Lights - A great tour with Tom and the very prudent driver Matthias. During the trip Tom talked a lot about the Northern Lights. after about 3 hours. Ride we could then marvel at the first Northern Lights

Fantastic company to see the Northern Lights - The Northern Lights are an experience that can't be guaranteed, but the trip is worth every bit of cost.
Anna was such a confident driver and helper, and Joaquin was a great guide. We were so lucky to have them help us find the lights on our way to Finland were we just stopped on the side of the road to photograph and enjoy the experience.
We then continued on to another spot where we enjoyed all the treats, (the tomato soup was so warming when we were so cold), and we got to see such a wonderful display of the lights.

Cold but incredible - Bodgan and Lucas were great tour guides and they made the 4+ hours outside enjoyable with stories, fun facts and tasty soup.

Trip of a life time - We would most definitely recommend this trip. We were lucky enough to get stunning views of the Northern Lights. Anna and Joaquin were fantastic too! Anna is a great driver and such so effecient especially with the suits, she knows what she is doing!
Joaquin was full of knowledge and information and a great photographer too.
They were a great team who took us on one of the best trips ever!

Incredible!! - We can’t thank Joaquin and Anna enough for a truly unforgettable evening. The weather in Tromso was very snowy and we didn’t hold much hope however we drove almost to the border of Finland where there were thankfully clear skies. We set up the fire there and the aurora were visible floating above us almost all evening. Later on in the evening, they intensified into what Joaquin later explained was a Corona Aurora. A dancing show of white, green and pink right above our heads which was one of the most amazing things I’ve ever seen. We had soup, hot drinks and biscuits and we were provided with thermal suits and warming foot insoles (which work surprising well!). It had always been on my bucket list to see the northern lights and thanks to Joaquin and Anna, my dream came true! I can’t recommend them enough!

The best Northern Lights tour we did in Norway! - We made a last-minute booking on this tour while in Tromsø, and I really can't rate it highly enough! Our guide, Bogdan, and driver, Anna, were both incredibly friendly, helpful, and kind throughout the experience. Although the aurora forecast was not favorable for the night of our outing, we saw the most beautiful displays - not only at the planned viewing spot, but along the way too when they appeared during the drive, and Anna pulled the van over so Bogdan could gather us for photos and explanations of what we were seeing. It was beyond magical. The soup and coca by the campfire was really pleasant, and we enjoyed chatting with the other members of our group, with Bogdan offering great travel advice whenever someone mentioned an upcoming trip or excursion. If you are in Tromsø during Northern Lights season, do yourself a favor and book this tour!!

THIS is the tour you want! Stunning. - WOW. This was just an incredible tour. Joaquin and Anna were both beyond fabulous. Their excitement was absolutely contagious and they did everything to ensure we had a spectacular experience. We saw incredible auroras in both Norway and Finland!!
I had done a large bus tour in Iceland once before. I much prefer this small bus experience. Anna and Joaquin took us to a private little area in Finland and dug out a place for us to all sit around the campfire. Anna was a fearless and very safe driver; despite the heavy snow I had no concern about safety. And Joaquin was an amazing photographer. He captured stunning photos of the lights and all of the guests under the lights! You will not get that on a big bus tour.
100% this is the tour you want to do in Tromso. Go with Northern Soul Adventures!!

A Magic evening and night - Absolut MAGIC. The guides Bogdan and the driver Mathias was top notch. One could feel there passion for Aurora and Bogdan knowledge about Aurora. Bogdan explained the Aurora’s way of action and what and how everything happends for the colors to appear with great skills. He is also a great photografer and willing to teach every one how to get better picture of Aurora. Mathias is a calm and safe driver with high thinking of the security for the passangers. I felt safe with him driving. I will do this journey again hopefully this year.
