Highlights

A Company Representative/Driver will arrive at your location with a name tag at 8:00 am. They will transport you to the bus by private car at your reporting time of 8:30 am. The bus is scheduled to depart at 9:00 am. The journey from Kathmandu to Pokhara covers 200 km and takes approximately 7 hours, with a stop for lunch along the way. The drop-off point in Pokhara is the Tourist Bus Park near Lakeside.

Paid $35 for Ac Toyota Coaster ride but was put on a regular bus - Paid $35 for Ac Toyota Coaster ride but was put on a regular bus. No notification beforehand in emails they sent to me before the ride. No refund of the price difference. After filing complaint with Viator, no response either.
