Fantastic Way To See Toulouse! - What a fantastic way to learn about Toulouse! The bus was brand new, the driver was extremely courteous and the view was perfect!

The tour bus gave me an... - The tour bus gave me an overview of the city. The narration while travelling was really great and helpful. Loved the overall experience.

Good value for price - This was an enjoyable tour for a family. The bus seems to hold about 20 people, but is comfortable. The audio guide was fine. At 70 minutes, it was a good quick overview of Toulouse that we used to get an idea of what we would go see later.

Good overall view of the city - Well run, friendly driver, and gives you a good basic view of where everything is in the city. Clean bus, clear windows, and good sound system...

Good - Spent just over an hour on the open top tour. Really nice bus driver. Reasonably good English commentary via headphones, if a bit affected. Nice way to see the city and get a general overview, but expensive at 16euros.

Great - Great bus ride with earphone commentary. Lovely driving around the street, gave us an idea of where we wanted to explore

Great for getting the feel of the city - It was great to get a feel for Toulouse and this is the way to do it. However the commentary was so muffled as to be petty useless! Thus my comment above that it’s not good for the history. What a shame. Our driver was very courteous and welcoming, the bus was fine but, being winter, it did not have a hop on hop off facility which might have been nice.

Disappointing and underwhelming - Disappointing tour content with not many interesting sights or stories. The bus driver was very pleasant mannerly and helpful .

Didn't turn up - Wasted our Toulouse visit :( - We had one afternoon in Toulouse so we thought this was the perfect way to quickly see the city as we both have limited mobility! We had a leaflet from our hotel with timetable. We waited at the Post Office for 1 hour for the last tour of the day and it didn't turn up. So glad we didn't buy advance tickets but we missed most of the attractions in Toulouse because this bus didn't turn up. Really disappointing service 25th September 2023.

Did not turn up - Waited 45 minutes in the freezing cold for this tour bus and it didn’t turn up. Tourist information did not even come out to tell us and the others that were waiting. Getting a refund was difficult too as the TI will not do a refund back onto a credit card. Pay cash or you have to make an application and provide all sorts of information to get the money back. We didn’t receive a refund at all as of today three weeks after the event.
