Day 1: Marrakech - Imlil (1700m) - Refuge of Toubkal (3000m)

Imlil - We leave Marrakech for Imlil on a paved road about 70 km. Meet the muleteers, load luggage and start our trek. We pass by the village of Aremd located about 15 minutes from Imlil on a height of 1900 m. We continue towards Sidi Shamharoush. Picnic lunch en route. Dinner and overnight at the Toubkal refuge.
