Smooth trip with good flexibility level - Everything was smooth. Exact information, all clear. Very happy with this trip. You will enjoy it in case you prefer to explore by your own. Driver will provide you the ride and enough information and options and you just make your day. Very good!

Driver was a little distracted - Tour was amazing, I would do it all over again. Only problem was the too fast drive back. The driver seemed distracted/tired.

Optional Boat Cruise is a must - Booked online in UK after reading good reviews on Tripadvisor. Wasn’t disappointed. Booked the $10 discounted tickets for designated pickup in downtown Toronto. This was a 7.55am pickup which turned up on time. Met by a very friendly driver who also provided sightseeing info enroute. There was also a second pickup before we left the city. Enroute to falls we stopped a few times to take photos, toilet and refreshment breaks. The wine tasting mentioned beforehand turned out to be buying a glass of ice wine for $11 each if you wished. Tickets issued by driver for those who purchased boat cruise before arrival. Would highly recommend this optional boat cruise. You even get to keep the waterproof poncho as a souvenir. In total we had around 3.5 hrs in Niagara which was more than enough time to do the tour and explore the town. Plenty of places to eat and drink. Journey back took about 2.15 hrs due to heavy traffic arriving at our destination at 5.15pm. Would recommend this company for reliability, comfortable minibus, friendly driver/guide and price competitive.

Family tour to the Falls - Chose this tour from many choices on Viator website. This one was one of the few that include boat cruise, so booked it for a party of four. The only disappoint was the didn’t pick up from our hotel, but that would be my only complaint. Haroon or tour leader showed us over the course of the day his years of experience and knowledge that made the whole day go both smoothly and enjoyably at the same time. The highlight of the day has to be the boat cruise under the falls Haroon promised us we would get wet and yes we did. And loved it. The group wasn’t to big so was a tight group and a great day out. At the end of the day tired, but satisfied. Recommend.

Stress free trip to Niagara Falls - Enjoyed the whole trip. tour guide and driver were both very knowledgeable and helpful. I liked the stop at the whirlpool as a little added extra. Coach pickup and drop off were right on time and it was easy to find the pickup location. I recommend this tour to take the stress out of planning your own trip.

Great trip to Niagara Falls - Seeing the Falls on such a beautiful day was the highlight. Our driver was friendly and helpful. He had interesting information to share but a PA system in the van would have made it easier to hear him.

Extorted tips - I have been to over 100 countries, worked in a travel agency, studied bachelor of tourism it has never ever happened to me the moment someone reads your name when you come to the pick up spot, tour hasnt even started and the driver points out a piece of paper with your name and saying you owe 15$ to which the driver says “you paid most of it, you just owe me 15$ for the tip” mind you i havent even stepped foot in the van yet! Then to add to it we are taken to Niagara on the lake and i heard the instructions to withdraw cash and pointed where the atm is more that i heard the word Niagara Falls.. it is a very awful approach to say the least.. i was gonna tip but then it felt like an extortion, it made everyone uncomfortable! The sign in the van that we must tip was an enough reminder ,which again why must? What if the service is not good? A suggestion to this company is when you dealing with foreigners just round up the price and whatever people give can be extra tip for the driver instead of you almost threatening customers to tip! Outrageous! Taken over 100 tours it has never happened! I only gave one extra star cause the Niagara falls was somewhat ok despite the very defaced natural beauty of it with all the building and structures its nowhere near a match for natural beauty like what Vic Falls and Iguazu falls have! The town was boring, the whirpool too.. my suggestion local bus! I will always support tourism as i have worked in it, studied and am avid worldwide traveller but i will never support such behaviour!

Time wasted - don‘t do this tour! - Time wasted Tour. On the way to the Niagarafalls the driver is doing 2 really unnecessary stops (15 mins / 45 mins). There are no viewpoints or any thing else. They just have a connection to the Restaurants and want the visitors to buy there. Additional the driver spoke as an guide really unclear and very quiet. Additional the air condition was not working on the bus.

They have mandatory fix price tip Skip them - Before we hop on the bus the tour guide was requested for mandatory tip $15 per person. I already was planning to give a tip for the guide but it shouldn’t be requested by him and says that is mandatory
