Highlights
  • Hockey Hall of Fame - Where our tour begins and our first ghost story of the evening.
  • Lake Ontario - See how far inland Lake Ontario’s waters used to reach in the early days of the city.
  • St. Lawrence Market - The St. Lawrence Market is one of the longest-running markets in North America, popular with both locals and tourists. But when stepping through the doors of the Market, it’s difficult to imagine that the area has seen many darker days over the years.
  • St James Anglican Cathedral - The cathedral, with construction beginning in 1850 and opening for services on June 19, 1853, was one of the largest buildings in the city at that time. It was designed by Frederick William Cumberland and is a prime example of Gothic Revival architecture….is it haunted?
  • Mackenzie House - Our final story of the evening features one of Toronto’s most well-known haunted buildings.

Great story teller - l and my friend were the only two participants in this tour. But we could feel the good vibe brought by the host. She was so knowledgeable about the background and history of all the spots she introduced to us. She was also a great story teller. She knew well how to arrange the horror parts to surprise us. It made the whole tour much interesting

Learn the dark past about Toronto after dark! - The meeting point for this one takes you right to the guides, we had Lauren who was an excellent story teller throughout and her character on the tour made the experience extra special. She took us to lots of interesting points throughout the city all within walking distance and told us of the chilling stories which happened at each spot we visited, she also showed us historical points on the way and explained to us the history of Toronto. The tour itself was a good length in both journey and time and you learnt a lot of history along the way including all the stories and hauntings which have been known throughout the city. From this I have learnt not to goto the toilet alone in Toronto and why girls go in pairs :D Make sure you take a jacket and wear comfy shoes for this one.

Good ghost tour- indoor part needed - Jane was enthusiastic and knew her stories which were based on fact. It was very interesting and value for money. It would have even better if we could have visited some locations I.e going into Mackenzie house to finish. Would recommend this tour to others who like ghost tours
