AWESOME TRIP, INCREDIBLE CREW! TAKE THE TIME TO READ THIS: - Begining with Crystal: she's just great! She always made herself available to meet every request and to answer every question we may have. From arranging our airport's pickup to fully customize the experience (up to the point of selecting champagne's brand) and ending picking up us at the hotel to get to the airport, she made sure everything went perfect! Cheers to the whole driving crew: Sasi was so patient and kind waiting for us to clear customs and baggage at the airport, regardless of the delays. Walter is a smart, super educated person who knows about economics, politics, local culture and movies, who also kindly meet every request we had. We really enjoyed his company and smart talking. And at last but not least, Rickardo is an extremely funny, kind and happy guy who made us felt like we were at home all the time, even singing at the car! We wished we could have spent more time with him! We wil definitely definitely DEFINITELY repeat on our next visit!

Worth every Penny - I would highly recommend this private tour, what an great, personalized (3 of us) experience! Our tour guide, Walter, was knowledgeable and very polite. The drive from to Toronto to Niagara Falls felt quick as he was providing us with information during our ride. We couldn’t go on the boat ride due to weather conditions, but we had plenty of time to walk around and admire The Falls. We had over an hour to walk around Niagara-on-the-Lake (make sure you don’t miss this beautiful little town on your trip to the Falls!) and buy some Bacon Marmalade (Yummy!) and Ice Wine. Walter gave us a few recommendations for lunch, and we decided to finish our trip with a delightful lunch at a Winery called Two Sisters. The tour also includes other stops like the Whirlpool and Floral clock, and we drove along the lake and the river all the time :). Can’t wait to visit other parts of Canada and hopefully we’ll be able to use this company as our tour guide again!

Fantastic Day! - We had Lisa take us around for the day and she was amazing! She made us laugh and made sure we had a great time. I thoroughly enjoyed our day and it was truly a once in a lifetime experience. Anyone who gets Lisa is definitely very lucky! My only minor criticism was I wish the tour had been slightly longer as I would have liked to have spent more time in Niagara on the lake as it was so pretty but Lisa made sure we did not feel rushed so I would highly recommend this tour.

Fantastic Private Tour - We booked this trip via Viator and I have to say it was worth every penny. Our guide Sam picked us up just after 9.00 in a top of the range Crysler SUV. He was very friendly & informative and we had a good chat on the way down to Niagara. He dropped us off at the cliff edge while he went and bought the boat tickets. After swapping tel nos in case of mishaps, he then dropped us off for the boat trip and agreed a pick up later. (I'll review the boat trip elsewhere). We were then taken yo beautiful Niagara-on-the-Lake via a few stop offs for points of interests. After a bite to eat and a walk around it was off to Dan Aykroyd's Winery for a tasting before heading getting backto our hotel in Toronto for 5.15. This was certainly money well spent and receiving that personal touch made for a day that will live long in the memory.

A great private tour to Niagara Falls from Toronto - We were glad to have Roy from VIP Ontario Tours to drive us to Niagara Falls, Niagara-on-the-lake, and the Lakeview Winery. He was a very nice and helpful guy, telling us a lot of information about Toronto and Niagara Falls. The trip was fantastic. Thanks Roy to make us a great day!

Wonderful day in Niagara! - We are so glad that we chose VIP Ontario tours for a day in Niagara- it was our first time in the Toronto area, so it was lovely to have a guide. Roy was a delightful driver, extremely knowledgeable about the area and very engaging. Our pickup was prompt and his car was clean, very comfortable, and cool (we had chosen the hottest day of the year so far for our tour!). The falls were very crowded, but Roy was able to get us quickly through the line for the boat and we thoroughly enjoyed the refreshing cruise. We took our time afterwards visiting the sights on the way to Niagara-on-the-Lake- there were many great photo opportunities and it was so pleasant to have our air conditioned car standing right by for us. Roy followed our lead and made sure that we were able to see everything that we wanted to. We enjoyed a leisurely lunch and an ice wine tasting before heading back to the city- a wonderful, memorable day! Thank you Roy!!

VIP all the way - I had the best booking expand best time with VIP Ontario. I booked a Private Tour from Toronto to Niagara. Crystal emailed back straight away and catered for my needs and provided helpful suggestions. I had a last minute change of plans and changed the number of attendees, but Crystal was sympathetic and dealt with the changes very quickly and the refund was dealt with quickly too. She was absolutely brilliant. Equally brilliant was our driver for the day, Lisa. We had an infant in the group - although the website requests parties bring their own baby seats, Crystal was thankfully able to secure one for us. Lisa ensured we, and the child, were all comfortable. The vehicle itself was luxurious and spacious. It was so comfortable that most of the party were asleep before we left Toronto CBD. Those who stayed awake were treated to knowledgeable commentary from Lisa. Upon arrival, Lisa discovered the Hornblower was not operating and swiftly formed a Plan B. Fortunately the Hornblower was running a mere time later so Plan B did not need to come into effect. Lisa then got us easy access to the jetty - with a pushchair, these little touches were much appreciated. Lisa provided us with lunch options and we went to Niagara on the Lake which was so pretty. The drive home was also great and most of the party, again, fell asleep. Though more expensive than a coach tour, the Private Tour was definable worth it. My regret is not booking a longer tour, but if I do it again, I would, as 7 hours flew by and it would of been nice to have some more time to wander around. I’m so grateful for the excellent customer service and fantastic tour. 5/5 stars!!

Best Service Provider - We actually took the graduate students joining our law firm on a three day adventure in Toronto. Aside from renting the bus for work, we opted for a Tour to Niagara Falls. There was 25 of us who signed up for this trip. Be prepared if you are visiting in February as it is cold! We got picked up at the hotel by Sam, and went to Niagara. traffic was ok, but he clearly knew the best ways to go to avoid it as much as we could. The Boat was not in the water, because it was cold, so we decided to do a helicopter ride. It was interesting to see the falls from the sky and the flight was about 20 minutes. As a larger group, we dispersed and did some activities on our own ( Skywheel, Arcade and Played some air hockey) Lunch was buffet at the hotel, not very many people, I am assuming its the time of the year. Sam suggested wine tasting at Peller, than back to the hotel. This was just one of three days with Sam. I have to say weather you are doing a tour, or hiring their livery services this company truly represents VIP. We will be back next year!

VIP Private tour - Our colleague hightly recommended this company to us. we were so lucky to get Sam as our driver. He was very well dressed with a comfy clean vehicle. He gave us suggestions and let us in on what the most popular things were to do. He made sure we were comfortable at all times and kept the vehicle nice and warm. (We are from California) The whole planning of the day was seamless with lots of laughter. Left with some great memories. we will definitely recommend this company to all of our friends. Highly deserve the praise.

DON'T BOOK! This bogus company doesn't even bother showing up... - This bogus organization never even bothered to show up. The trip was paid in full, we received a booking confirmation, entered the name and address of our hotel where we were to be picked up at 9 in the morning, but the driver never showed up. After contacting them (we waited outside in the cold looking for the driver for over half an hour) we were told that the booking confirmation was not all, we were supposed to contact the driver and confirm with them as well... So no trip for us that day... Luckily we found another company (BG Tours) to be available and we had a perfect trip to the falls a day later. If tou want to see the falls and be sure you actually get to see the falls, don't book with these clowns!
