Spectacular Visit to Niagara Falls region - The trip was amazing and the pace perfect for a couple in their late sixties. The Falls spectacular and the boat trip not to be missed. The other highlights were wine tasting at Two Sisters and lunch in Niagara on the Lake. What a gem of a town. Would do this again in a heartbeat. Vineet was our guide and knowledgeable and respectful of our time and pace. Five stars!

Roger is the man to take you to Niagara Falls! - Booked a half day tour to Niagara Falls. Roger was very professional! He was very informative about the history of Toronto and pointed out key points leading to the Falls. Great driver and obviously he loves what he does - very passionate. Highly recommend and ask for Roger!

Perfect Day - Roy picked us up from our hotel on time and tailored our perfect day. We loved Niagara Falls and the Hornblower boat and found our guide very knowledgeable - stopping to see some wonders we didn’t know existed like the whirlpool. We stopped for lunch in Niagara on the lake before finishing our day at Trius for wine tasting. Roy was a calm driver especially considering all the road closures taking place that day in Toronto. Would definitely recommend both Niagara Tour and our guide Roy.

Best day of our trip - We had a fantastic day to Niagra Falls. Roy our driver and guide really looked after us and told us so many interesting details about the area and the history from the comfort of a luxury SUV. (Ask for Roy if you are booking!) The great thing about a private tour is you set the pace. It was no problem to stop for a coffee etc. Aside from the falls, Roy showed us some interesting sights along the way, from the whirlpool to the hydro power stations, from Niagra Park area to the pretty little town Niagra on the Lake. Just a lovely day out!

Superior Service - We used VIP for several services they offer. They seem to do it all!! One of the days was with Lisa we went to Niagara Falls The Bus was spotless and had Water on Ice for the Group The displayed the Company Logo. I have to commend the Professional Driving with a Driver who actually knows where to go without GPS! And she had a lot of local knowledge. Price was comparable but the service is over and above. I cannot stress that enough. You pay for VIP, you get VIP Cheers! Jamie

A brilliant day our led by a wonderful driver. - This was a full day trip to Niagara Falls led by the excellent Lisa. Lisa turned up promptly and the car was excellent. Lisa was very well informed and great company. She knew everything we asked of her and found out what she didn’t! There is no doubt that she made our day and ... of great concern to me ... she was a very safe driver. Couldn’t have been better. Thank You.

Fabulous trip. - Fabulous private afternoon/evening trip from Toronto to Niagara (in total about 10 hours). Collected from hotel by Crystal in a lovely SUV and transported to Niagara in comfort, all the way being informed of local sights and places of interest. Crystal seemed genuinely interested in us as a family and catered to our requests i.e missing out the tour of the vineyards as we weren't particularly interested in seeing them. Unfortunately the traffic was a bit slow both ways due to it being Victoria weekend. We were personally taken to the Hornblower boat trip then after a fabulous trip on the boat we were taken to the restaurant overlooking the falls for a 3 course meal. Following this we were taken up to the lighthouse where we had the opportunity to control the lights projecting onto the falls. I would recommended this tour company and would happily use them again should we plan a return visit.

Best way to tour - From top notch service to high end vehicles, our day trip to Niagara Falls was the perfect end to an amazing trip. David was so attentive and personable. Excellent service - I took my sister and some friends to Toronto to celebrate a special occasion. We had five days of shows, restaurants, and shopping planned. Then on Saturday morning the ice storm hit. We had to change some of our plans and I really thought that VIP Ontario was going to cancel our private tour to Niagara Falls. They didn't. Our driver Roy Lawrence came to the hotel on time and off we went. The highways weren't great but Roy is a true professional. He safely got us there and gave us a lot of information about the City of Toronto and the area around Niagara. When we got to the Falls Roy escorted us into the visitor centre and made sure we got onto the tour. It was cold and windy but the Falls were spectacular. We had lunch overlooking the Falls then Roy took us to Niagara on the Lake. We stopped along the way to see some of the local attractions then did some shopping in town. We didn't feel like going to a wine tasting so we spent extra time shopping. I would definitely use this company again and I would specifically ask for Roy. We even booked through the company to get us to the airport when we left Toronto. Booking was hassle free and the service surpassed my expectations.
