Great day at the falls - Great day. Comfy bus. Knowledgeable and friendly guide. Cruise is a must. The power of the falls is incredible!

A wonderful way to spend the day at Niagara Falls - The tour was a wonderful way to get to Niagara Falls without the hassle of driving or finding parking. Favorite parts were cruise to Niagara Falls, lunch on the top floor of the Sheraton, and Maple syrup sampling/tasting. Thank you to our Guide, Haroon for a wonderful day.

Definitely would use again! - Let me start by my best friend and I chose this company based on their response to previous passengers of their tours. Which by the way, whoever made those, please work with the same person that comments for Wendy's because that would be amazing. Our tour guide was Shahz, and he was absolutely great from pick up from our hotel, the information provided and just general conversation while waiting for others in our group to rejoin us. He was funny, knowledgeable and pleasant. I'm glad we chose this tour because it was a great experience from beginning to end. So thanks 😊

Waterfall, history and ice wine. - Just got back from a great day of travelling to Niagara Falls, lunch at Tablerock, a trip on the Horatio Hornblower, a visit to Niagara on the Lake and finally a wine tasting at Niagara College. Our driver Jason did a wonderful job of getting us to all the places safe and on time Our tour guide Alwyn did a wonderful job of providing historical information, directing us to notable sights and keeping us together and getting us to our stops and events with ease and enjoyment. Strongly suggested for locals and visitors alike.

Niagra Falls - My sister And I went to the Niagara Falls in late July this year and had a wonderful time from Maple Syrup tasting to the Niagara cruise and seeing the smallest chapel in the world it was an amazing day out. Haroon was extremely knowledgeable and we learned loads from him from learning even the difference between the ice and iced wines that was really good to know. We stopped at the natural Whirlpool too which I loved and even got a gift of a cute cup at the end my only gift from my time in Canada as I was only passing through for 2 days it was a Great start to our trip ahead. Thanks so much!!

This company texted me... - This company texted me the night before @ 6:43 and changed pick up no longer at hotel but 5 blocks away. There was only 1 hotel pick and that was 15 minutes out of town and on/off freeway. I arrived at pick up point 15 minutes walk from hotel and found no one. Finally one of the other people saw an unmarked van across and down the street and walked over and asked about our tour. Yes it was this bus and only driver inside. He came back and told the group it was our bus. Everyone was there on time however the guide was 10 minutes late. If someone hadn’t taken the initiative who knows how long we would have waited. Also end of the tour dropped off at same corner. I would like to know how often you review companies you use and if they promise what they advertise. Had I known this I would have changed to another tour that offered hotel pick up and kept that promise. 12 hours before is to late to cancel which makes me suspicious if this is something they do frequently.

Complete Waste - Don’t do it!!! Waste of money. If you want a DIY and an overpriced trip go for it. Not worth the money. You get dropped off at the falls without much guidance from the tour guide. To save yourself the trouble of disappointment and loss of money, book all the attractions on your own or find a better company to give you a better tour.
