Great way to get from Toronto to Niagara Falls! - My family enjoyed the easy pickup and travel options to get to Niagara Falls. We had lots of time to see what we wanted to see. Our driver was friendly and funny, he got us through some challenging traffic. I would recommend this for anyone wanting comfortable and easy way to travel.

Great - My sister and I went on this tour. It was actually amazing. We needed more time actually at the falls and the area. Will definitely go back and stay a night there. The clock stop and little chapel in my opinion were not needed. would have liked more time at Niagara lake. But overall great tour.

Excellent Service! - Kevin and Lisa are fantastic! They went above and beyond! The bus is climate controlled and comfortable. Kevin did a great and charming job of informing us about highlights on route and at the falls.

Excellent Tour of Niagara Falls - We had a wonderful experience on this tour. Once at the Falls things go very quickly and it can be easy to lose the group, but that is only because of the popular tourist attractions. The winery and boat tour were both excellent. Highly recommend. Prepare to be very tired by the end though.

Great Value for money - Bus was nice and clean. Tour guide was very sweet and made sure that we were well taken care of and comfy. Loved the town on the lake and the wine tasting was quick, but i understand as its a tasting not a wine tour. overall Great value for the price.

Fun but a little rushed. - It was my first time visiting Toronto and I had a great time. The booking says they were offering hotel pick up at select locations. Make sure if you do not know where you are going because you may be new to Toronto to book a hotel from what's listed. Unfortunately I did not and got a little lost meeting up. Make sure you leave a little early just in case. The driver was a little late but understandable due to heavy traffic. What I did not really care for was being rushed from the tour guide when we already started off late when we got to Niagara Falls. There were some parts where the tour guide was helpful and nice but other where he seemed a little frustrated because we were taking too long. He didnt really guide us too much anywhere you spent most of the time exploring by yourself and meeting up somewhere that changed a couple times. I wish there could have been more time to explore Niagara Falls and definitely more time at the wine tour. There wasnt really an actual "wine tour" just some flights of wine that's very sweet like juice with extra sugar. If you like dryer wines I would definitely not recommend this tour because they are showcasing the ice wines which are extremely sweet. I am okay with some sweet wines but these wines are not for drinking the whole bottle but popular in Canada due to the temperature for ice wine. I also would not reccomend buying lunch but finding it on your own. Also do not explore the lower falls it was a waste of money to look at it. There is really nothing to really see. The attractions were really cool I went on the sky wheel which was fun to experience, you get to go around 4 times and see the falls in the air. The rainforest cafe was really cool also and there is an open bar there. I got to experience a couple attractions, ate lunch, and had a cocktail, and took some pictures but there wasnt enough time. I met some nice people while on the tour also.

Basically a taxi service with a few stops, hardly any added value. Poor communication - I booked the tour for 3 people on short notice, for the day after. To try and arrange meeting details, I sent an email, no response after a few hours, I then tried to call the phone number, only to reach a voicemail every time (5 tries or so on a 2 hours timespan). Eventually got a short email to tell me to meet at a location that was already mentioned in the description. It was rather upsetting to feel that I had paid for something that might not be happening. The communication clearly needs to be improved. About the tour itself, it happened to be a 7 people group including us, and therefore the "bus" was actually a 7 people SUV where people at the back were crammed, which was far from comfortable. There was no clear sign to identify it at the meeting point, so I called the number, reaching the voicemail AGAIN. I sent a email, which led someone to call me, that someone talking to the driver at the same time. It turned out that the driver didn't even have the passenger's number, making the meeting quite an upsetting and difficult one. Poor communication, again... The driver was a good taxi driver and a nice guy, but not really a tour guide. We didn't learn much.

Screwed up Tour - The tour was a wash. Viator did not communicate our booking to the operator. We booked a 4 to 6 hours tour for 8:30am for 9/2/2023, contrary to the booking, they changed it to 7:45am and for a 9 hour tour. The entire group was disappointed because with a 9 hour tour, they will not be back in time to fly back to their homes. It was not a good experience.
