Superb day out with Johnny at the falls. - We booked a zoom tour from Toronto with a helicopter ride. We had an amazing day, Johnny our guide and bus driver collected us from our hotel and was just superb, what a friendly gent he was. Went out of his way to make sure we all had a good trip. He was knowledgeable and chatted to us about all sorts of things along route. He had some great stories to tell! Made us feel very welcome and constantly checked everyone was ok, needed a coffee/ tea break etc. We stopped to have maple syrup and chocolate tasting, then later on a superb buffet tea with over 200 items to choose from and free wine tasting too! Stopped off for some good photo opportunities on the way. It was cold and niagara falls had snow so our helicopter ride didnt look like it was going to happen but Johnny kept ringing to check up if it was going to take place and at 4 pm the sun came out and he kindly took us straight to the helicopter pad and then collected us after our ride. We had a good amount of time at the falls and he never rushed us, took us back when it was dark too so we could see the light show, All in all a great day, very well organised and worth every penny.

Excellent tour 5* - Excellent tour picked up from hotel , Johnny our driver ,guide and problem solver was a real gem. Tour included helicopter flight , view behind the falls , wine tasting , maple syrup tasting , various photo stops . And an all you can eat buffet !! A comprehensive and fully immersive experience a fabulous day and great value - highly recommended

Niagara Falls Boat Tour with Lunch - The boat ride in Niagara Falls is a must. It was amazing. Seeing it from the top does not do it justice. The view during our lunch included with the tour was breathtaking. They had a very good selection of food and desserts. We had an amazing time with our tour guide, Johnny. He was very knowledgeable and kept us entertained. He had great suggestions for us once the tour was over of other things we could do in Toronto.

Amazing experience and brilliant guide/driver Garry - It was a really brilliant day exploring. We saw so much of niagra falls and niagra on the lake. Garry the driver and guide was very helpful and informative. I would definitely recommend this trip.

A full, but fun, day at the falls - This tour is an absolutely fantastic and worthwhile experience. It’s an action-packed day and the time goes by fast but one gets to see and experience so much. The boat ride around the bottom of the falls was a worthwhile experience. Even managed to have enough time to skip over to the US side and back. (Just be mindful of lines on the Canada side, CBSA only had one agent screening people). Garry was a great guide and driver.

We'd Do It Again! - If you're a tourist staying in Toronto, this tour is a great way to take in Niagara Falls. Transportation is provided and the tour guide we had, Johnny, shared a lot of interesting information along the way to the Falls. If we were to go again, we'd skip the lunch buffet at The Sheraton. Yes, the view is lovely, but the food is just average.

Driver, not very informative - The tour took us to all the places listed on the itinerary, timings were good, there was no queues and we saw everything we wanted to see. The commentary was very limited we expected the driver to give information on the sights we were seeing and maybe a bit about the history of the areas, we just were told a few facts about population, it was not as interesting as we had hoped

Really good except didn’t go to Niagara-on-the-lake as advertised - Niagara Falls and the boat ride were great, the Chapel was good and the market there had some great products. Really disappointed we didn’t go to Niagara-on-the-lake as was listed in itinerary. That was one of the reasons I picked this tour. There was a hold up leaving in morning which we weren’t kept updated on.

Be more clear about price in US dollars; more expensive than other companies, long wait for refund. - The price was in US dollars and was way more expensive than other tour companies who listed in Canadian dollars. When I cancelled, refund was still not posted 6 weeks later. I had to call to get refund posted, which was done immediately.
