Everything plus more!!! There is no way I could have planned to go to all of these experiences efficiently! - Absolutely amazing!!!! This is a must do!!! Dewayne was absolutely professional, on top of every attraction, and provided a memorable experience.

I would strongly recommend this excursion. - Really great day out, visiting the town of Niagra, the whirlpool and the Falls. We were given ample time to spend at the Falls and all locations visited. Our guide was extremely friendly and informative.

Great Tour with Johnny - Great Day out with Johnny, picked us up at the hotel which was so handy being 8am. Brought us to places at Niagara on the Lake we never would have seen. We saw the Floral Clock, Worlds Smallest Chapel and tried Maple Tasting, then onto the Main Event, tickets ready to go for the boat cruise so straight on the boat, very well organised. Johnny is a wonderful tour guide who really looks after everyone, he knows everything and speaks so many languages, was great listening to his stories. Thanks for a great day, from Mr and Mrs Ireland :)

The water fall ride was... - The water fall ride was breath taking. You will get wet!! The ice palor at the chapel was also amazing!

An all round great experience - An all round great experience, interesting trivia from our guide, and they also did a good job of making the group feel like a group.
Not a wine fan but the brief overview of the wineries was fascinating.
Only thing stopping this from being 5 stars is the fact I'd have liked a little more time to explore around the town itself and not just around the falls.

Excellent tour but the devil is in the detail - The tour itself, and the driver/guide, were fantastic! Unfortunately, we had book (and received confirmation for) a morning trip and after waiting to be collected for almost an hour discovered that the operator did not have our booking and could never have picked us up at our hotel as was confirmed by Viatour. The operating company (Zoom) did offer an afternoon and evening trip which was very good but which required changing all of our plans and returning to the city at midnight as opposed to the afternoon. It also meant that we wasted a morning when we had planned to be on our way to the Falls.

Not what was advertised - While the views were incredible and our driver knowledgable, the process and communication left much to be desired. From being booked and confirmed and then not picked up at our hotel, to being told our only option was a later tour and having to take an uber to and from a designated pick up spot with no refund or support, it almost felt like we would have been better off renting a car for the day. Our driver was very nice and the Niagara Falls boat ride was the highlight, but 3 hours to get to the falls was not what was advertised. I do hope your system improves and you consider adjusting the cost for people who have to find their way to the bus when it is clearly advertised that hotel pick up/drop off is part of the package.
