Amazing tour - Great trip! Nicko, driver was amazing. Upscale customer service and knowledgeable! Only negative aspect of the trip was the time we had at the falls. We were still off at 11:15 am and back on the bus by 2:45pm. Hardly much time to enjoy the area.

Excellent and Knowable Guide - Micko was absolutely phenomenal - so well versed in both history and culture. He also shared some highlights for Toronto as well and was incredible accommodating and accessible. Would highly recommend! The tour itself was informative and the perfect length. Niagara was stunning and our group enjoyed the sightseeing stops along the way as well!

Nice tour of beautiful Niagara Falls - Seeing the horseshoe falls and going to the Maple Store for souvenirs in Canada. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and kept us on time.

Well worth it! - We booked a day tour from City Sightseeing Toronto to Niagara Falls. Our tour was conducted by Michael, a proud Torontonian, who provided clear details of our day once our mixed group of 9 was assembled in the minibus. It consisted of four stopping points at Maple Leaf Place, Niagara Falls, Niagara on the Lake and Niagara College Teaching Winery. This was accompanied by clear and interesting information and gave us the choice to see and do what we wanted to at each location. The longest stop at Niagara Falls allowed us to take the boat passed the American and Horseshoe Falls - a very physical experience between the wind, noise and spray. A fantastic day enhanced by the organisation and information provided by Michael.

No regrets - Micko was amazing! If you are considering this tour just do it. You definitely will be glad you did.

An affordable and efficient Niagara Falls day trip. - We found this tour to be an excellent way to experience Niagara Falls for a reasonable price. Pickup is downtown near the Ripley's Aquarium and CN Tower. This was fantastic for us because we were staying at the InterContinental around the corner but even if you are further afield, it is quite easy to get to and makes the departure a lot faster and easier than having to go from hotel to hotel in the Toronto traffic to pick everyone up. The journey down was pretty quick and once we were there we got to see all the top Niagara sights such as the floral clock, the whirlpool, a maple syrup shop and of course, the falls! A Hornblower cruise can be purchased as an add-on and I would highly recommend this, as the tickets are organised for you and the whole group gets to head straight down to the boat. We had plenty of free time on our own in Niagara after the boat ride to walk around and see it for ourselves, lunch is not included but plenty of recommendations were provided and there are certainly heaps of places to choose from, ranging from quick snacks to table-service meals with a view. Our driver/guide for the day Ralph was good, he kept things running on schedule, ensured we had plenty of time at the Falls and provided complimentary bottled water. It is a bit "no frills" in that hotel pickup and meals aren't included, but this allows for increased flexibility and keeps prices down so I think it's great. Would definitely recommend!

Good experience at a fair price! - Great tour, good driving, guide very knowledgeable though speaks at a quite fast pace for foreigners non native english speakers. Also did a maple sirup tasting, would love to have winery tour/tasting too.

good but can improve - suggest that there be an option to avoid the nonsensical tourist stops (maple syrup tasting, largest wooden moose in the universe, flower clock, statue of some dead canadian, etc...) and cut 2 hours from the trip. also, a heater in the van (it was -6C outside) would help. micko was an excellent guide.

it's very disappointing... - it's very disappointing to lie and take cash only to try and upcharge tickets for other activities. we paid $20 in cash for the skylon tower. i thought it was strange to take cash only so afterwards i went online and realized it's only $15 when you buy directly from them. also you sold us a box of cheap cookies for $7 and told us they sell for up to $14 dollars elsewhere. i went to stores and found them for $3. very disappointing and not very honest

Not enough time at the falls, but his if you want to spend 6 hours inside a bus - The tour was truly awful. Our guide was super boring, always telling morbid stories. The "stops" are literally 10 seconds stops, we don't even leave the bus to visit the church and the city, and a 5 minutes stop at the whirlpool. When we arrived at Niagara Falls, he said we only had. 1 hour and 20 minutes to get back to the bus. It's not even close to enough time to enjoy the falls. This time was only enough to go to the boat tour, walk to the horseshoe fall, lunch and go back... Running. We delayed 10 minutes and the driver was super passive-agressive with us. 6 hours inside the bus, barely 2 hours at the falls and 1h hour at the observation tower. Definitely not recommend it.
