We had a great... - We had a great experience! Our tour guide was funny, kind, and very knowledgeable. We had enough time to see everything without feeling rushed. The time spent there was exactly enough. I would definitely recommend this experience!!

Family Day Trip - Amazing day and experience, including the added river cruise - which is brilliant. Micko was a great, friendly tour guide, full of knowledge and information. (N.B. all cash points near and around Niagara charge for cash withdrawals - so if you’re planning on needing any cash - try to sort before heading on the trip)

An absolute blast. - What a great time. The noise from the falls is amazing, and breathtaking. The missus isn't a fan of boats but she was great as she felt safe and quite relaxed. Recommended for sure.

Tremendous Experience! - It was a little scary getting so close to the Falls when in the boat but it was a wonderful experience. You get an up close look at it the power and beauty of the Falls. Oh and you WILL get wet!

BURKUS is a Rockstar! - Key word is… BURKUS! Burkus was our tour guide. He made sure we had an amazing time. He was nice, attentive and genuinely enjoys his job. The falls were beautiful and tour very enjoyable.

Wonderful trip, highly recommend - This was a great trip, and our tour guide was wonderful. Easy central pickup spot. On the trip to Niagara Falls, our guide pointed out interesting locations and history on the drive. We made a couple of stops at lookout points and a cute market. The bus was comfortable and had enough space. I looked up how much an Uber would be for this trip and it would’ve been ~$500 round trip which is much more than you’ll pay for this tour! Niagara was of course beautiful. HIGHLY recommend paying extra for the boat as it was an incredible experience. You WILL get wet but they give you a poncho. We had the perfect amount of time at Niagara (about 3.5 hours), which we were able to explore as we wanted and then had a meetup spot to get back on the bus. The trip back to Toronto was quieter and most people just took naps 😂 You are expected to tip the guide at the end. Overall, well worth the price. Would recommend for couples, friend groups, families including kids, or individuals of any age. Overall well worth

Less remarkable experience than in 2023 - This was my second time with this company for the Niagara Falls tour including the cruise. Although the two tours were different in the order of stops, which is okay, there were considerable other differences. What was missing this time was 1) handing out the bottle of water to passengers. The expectation was to go up to the front to take it yourself but one couldn't do that in a moving bus. 2) Skylon Tower was mentioned but we did not really go there. This was a big part missing from the trip. People did not get a chance to choose whether they wanted to go up the tower 3) There was no stop at the small chapel 4) There was a garbage bag hung for people to collect their trash but I happened to be the one sitting at that seat and it was stinking on the way back. There should be another place to collect trash so it does not inconvenience other passengers. 5) Last time the driver's commentary was more engaging and continued through the way to the falls. This time, there was not much of it, no history or geography shared. About Hamilton, there was no mention that it is also known as the waterfall capital of the world. 6) Aircon was switched off on the way back and it was starting to get hot. I would like to get more folks for this tour but some of these bummers would make me think again.

Worth the visit to the falls. - I was hoping for a more detailed "tour" and a map would have been helpful for exploring. the stop for a potty break was needed.

Hustled for tips - Continuously being hustled for a 15% tip. Openly requested on the bad the driver/guide was not properly paid. Ruined the whole tour for me.
