I'M Thrilled❤️ - The sightseeing was amazing. We have enough time on each attraction. Time was great. Mr haroon tour guy he was amazing, provide good knowledge of history.

Once in a lifetime trip - Very good experience seeing Niagara Falls in person, our tour guide Haroon was very friendly and knowledgeable about Niagara Falls and its history. The tour bus came and collected us from our hotel in Toronto and after collecting the other parties made our way to the Niagara. Comfortable journey on the bus both ways with a bonus stop at the Maple Leaf Place to try maple syrup / chocolates. Overall a really good experience and would recommend anybody to do it!

Majestic Niagara Falls - Tour guide Haroon from Airlink was delightful. He was responsive to inquiries before the tour and provided just the right amount of knowledgeable guidance. Even though I had a hotel out of the pickup zone, the location for pickup in Downtown Toronto was easy enough to locate - with the convenience of WiFi, restrooms and coffee ( courtesy of Starbucks!) while you wait. I was in awe of the falls- behind, in front of and over .. every which way ..they are certainly worth a look! Thanks Haroon, Airlink and TripAdvisor !

Niagara Falls - Haroon was a great guide with a lot of knowledge. We had a comfortable drive to the falls from Toronto. The boat ride was great and we also did journey behind the falls during our free time. Great weather.

Niagara Falls - Fantastic day at Niagara Falls with a comfortable bus ride in. Haroon was a great guide sharing lots of information. The maple tasting was a great way to end the day.

Day trip to Niagara Falls with add on lunch at Sheraton. Guide Haroon - Travel was efficient. Faster than expected and comfortable. Ist stop Sheraton for lunch. Very ordinary. Find is was not hot and very limited choice Staff cleaning up around… do not recommend this option Boat ride excellent and a must Skylon tower well worth the photo opportunity Maple Syrup tasting could have been amazing but wasn’t Lacked any ambience. Basically taste the syrups and shop. No Stories about how the syrup is harvested etc Whirlpool stop could have been amazing but only 10 min and no time to get on the cable car over the river which would have been a highlight. At $323 Australian ( and the Canadian $ is 91 cents) I would not recommend buying from trip advisor. Happy Niagara which is the tour provider do it direct for $224ca with lunch or 189 without lunch which also includes a short stay at the smallest chapel in the world and a farmers market. Haroon was knowledgable and professional and tried at all times to meet the needs of all the guests Before you buy check your pick up options My hotel classed as downtown but no pick up option on the day Closest access was 15 min walk which is no issue in the morning but as a solo an issue walking back at 7 at night. All in all a good day but with a bit of tweaking could be amazing

Never heard back from TripAdvisor - 12June2023 A large price discrepancy. We booked online 2 people - falls + boat ride(Ticket TripAdvisor-Julie Prior-BR-1021114703) total $270.00 Canadian dollars, however without advisement my visa was charged $458.00? I checked the Happy Niagara tour website and the $270 looks correct for 2 people. Why is the charge double through Tripadvisor ?
