A fantastic day out to see Niagara Falls - I had just a few days in Toronto, but really wanted to see Niagara Falls. Having researched a few options from hiring a car to taking the bus and train, Grayline Tours was recommended to me by the Hotel Concierge and I was really pleased to have opted to take his advice. Mike, the tour guide took the party to Niagara Falls allowing plenty of time to take photos and walk along the side of the falls before taking us down to the the boat 'Hornblower' for the experience of a lifetime sailing through the most at the base of the falls Then onto the charming village of Niagara on the Lake stopping at the Whirlpool en route as we drove down through the Parks Commission and its scenic parklands: Niagara on the Lake was a beautiful little town steeped in history with the Main Street lined with charming little shops. After long enough to meander and have a quick bite to eat another stop to sample some Canadian wines and then back to Toronto. A full day tour that flew by and certainly well worth the &'s Special mention to driver/ guide Mike, who spoke for the entire trip adding knowledge and commentary to every aspect of the trip, he entertained the whole party throughout and added immense value to the tour. A great guy who really me added to the tour

👍👍 - This is my second time visiting Niagara falls with gray line tours and i am still amaze with the falls and all the side attrations that comes with the tour, but i suggest going during summer time yes it is busy during summer but having buffet lunch with the view of the falls is still my most memorable experience, while during winter the lunch is either limited choices of fast food and healthy sandwhiches that i did not enjoy and the dessert place is close so we didn't get to use our dessert stub and in the summer you got to experience the horn blower/ boat tour while in the winter we saw the falls closer with journey behind the falls but i wish gray line include one more attraction because for me journey behind the falls is not worth the same with horn blower. During this visit my partner and i got the chance to attend the ice wine festival at Niagara on the lake we had so much fun tasting ice wines. And also our tour guide Peter is the best. Though at viator site it says that the pick up point is at the entrance of fairmont royal york hotel so we waited there and almost missed the tour but luckily we decided to walk around the hotel and found the bus , but overall our experience with gray line tours is the best.

Best Niagara Falls tour from Toronto - There was a marathon that diverted traffic, so Peter took the group through the north part of Toronto - a total bonus tour! We otherwise would have missed Center Ice at the Maple Leaf Gardens! Not to mention the uniqueness of diverse neighborhoods. I would suggest this route rather than the expressway. Highly recommended!!!

Niagara Falls tour, Chariots of Fire - Did this as a solo Australian traveller, with a wonderful tour, Chariots of Fire, with Mel who was the best tour guide I've ever encountered in my 7 years of retirement travels! Highly recommended Chariots of Fire, early start and great flexibility.

Winter Magic at Niagara Falls - Firstly, I had a terrible start as my original tour had been cancelled, however, I didn't get an email so I ended up waiting in -7C for 20 min before I have realised that, there is no tour that today. I phoned up, and I was promptly and properly dealt with. We managed to reschedule the trip for the following day, with an extra trip, behind the Falls. On the following day, we had a medium-sized group and Peter as a tour guide. He was a very informative guide. He told us a lot of little facts and stopped at the right places to take pictures without rushing us up. We started our journey with maple testing. It was a really good idea to start the day on a sweet note. Then, we made our way to Niagara Falls, and they were gorgeous under the carpet of snow. The journey behind the falls is definitely worth taking. Winter at Niagara Falls is magical. We then listened to stories about Ontario heading for Niagara on the Lake. I have opted to go for late lunch to Prince of Wales Hotel, and this was an amazing experience. The town had lovely stores with native American arts, which are worth visiting and, more importantly, buying, at very reasonable prices. Our last stop was wine tasting, again, a nice experience towards the end of the day. Any purchase from the college gets back to support the students! Despite obstacles at the beginning, all went well, and Peter is a highly recommended driver and tour guide.

Not worth the price since helicopter experience was not allowed - Helicopter flight was advertised but not an option. The tour guide herself decided not to allow guests do the helicopter ride despite many requesting it.
