- If guest adds on the Hornblower Niagara Cruise, and it is not in operation, we will substitute it with the Journey behind the Falls. Typically the boat operates between May and October although circumstances beyond our control may prevent this from happening.

One of the best experiences ever!! - Everything was amazing!! So much better than we ever imagined. Our tour guide Vasilli was spectacular with so much knowledge!!!

Knowledgeable and... - Knowledgeable and pleasant tour guide(Vassili), driver (Hugo) got us there safely and on time and ticket booking/customer service agent, Crystal, was very patient and accommodating.

Cheap way to get to the Falls - Bus was nice and new, tour guide was just a driver very little tour given . Good way to get to the Falls without having to worry about driving. some complications on if our fare included the boat but tour quickly fixed the error and we had zero issues.

Awesome Day Trip! - We started our day by being picked up at 8:15am. The bus was super comfortable and even had WiFi! Our group had roughly 25 people, all really friendly and we all got on really well.
Our tour guide, Peter, was also super nice, really friendly and really knew his stuff about Toronto, the surrounding cities and neighbourhoods, as well as the Falls and Niagara on the Lake.
The Hornblower was incredible and a definite must do!! I do, however, wish we’d got to spend a good few hours in Niagara itself instead. Instead, we got a tour around Niagara on the Lake and stopped off in the town, which was beautiful, luckily it was a nice day too!
We finished off the tour with a wine tasting, four wines in total, with the last two being icewine. Beware if you’re not a sweet tooth!!

best of niagara falls tour - Excellent tour and a must see when in Niagara Falls -- our tour guide- Tim was the most well informed guide I have ever seen. He was informative, polite, friendly and courteous.He deserves a raise -- he is the best and Niagara on the Lake tour was magnificent

Niagara college is not a winery stop - Pickup at hotel was ontime.Fun guide, but didn't know since hornblower not sailing viator subbed it with behind falls tour. However she did take us and we loved it. Promised a winery stop but taken to tasting at niagara college aboard our freezing cold bus! Massively dIsappointing. The wines were made by students and not good. Totally unacceptable and false advertising. Passed by tons of wineries but didn't stop

Let down - We missed the transfer so missed the trip, I phoned the operator to ask if they would hold on for us or if we could meet them on route they said no I asked if we got to niagra by taxi could we join the group , they said no .
So I lost my money ,we only travelled to Toronto to do this trip ,I planned ahead and was really looking forward to the experience, instead I had a day in a hotel with a very upset wife .
The rep that sold this to us told us that the hotel that had been booked for us was a 10 minute walk to the pick up point, it was only when we asked at the reception for a taxi they told us that it was a 40 minute drive to the pick up point and we had no chance of making it. The reception phoned the operator and tried to negotiate with them ,however the operator was very negative and wouldn't or couldn't help.
Next time I will just ask at the reception of the hotel I'm sure they'll be able to arrange a better service for us.
