Fun for all ages! - This was a really fun experience! I wasn’t sure what to expect but you start in the “space” room, where you get wall to wall videos/images of the history of space travel, planets, the zodiac, etc. I admit that I was underwhelmed but the visuals were superb. From there you enter a room with event brite lights flashing off the walls and floor. You can watch your own movements being mimicked, the kids have some games to play, and it was just cool. I wish I could explain it better but we enjoyed ourselves (as two middle aged adults). There were a lot of children running around but the music drowned out most of the noise. If you want to spend two hours doing something different this is it! A shout out to Sierra for being a great guide!

Not worth it - Poor value for money. The show was 2 hours but there was not enough interesting content to fill the time. The wizard of Oz show in particular was very painful to sit through

What a scam! - This was by far one of the worst ways I've spent money and wastes of time. Charging 34 to make me sit on the floor while the kids just walk around confused is insanity. My session had close to 30 adults sitting on the floor. To watch the most underwhelming entertainment ever. A 5 and a 7 year old with me couldn't wait to get out of there. Pathetic experience. Even worse that they feel they can charge more than a ciniplex VIP experience for some projectors in an empty room. Absolute trash

Terrible experience- no refund, no response - I had a truly disappointing experience with Illuminarium on November 22nd. My family (3 adults and 2 small children) drove 1.5 hours in rainy weather from Burlington to Toronto, only to discover upon arrival that the venue was closed for a private event. This cancellation was never communicated to us beforehand, despite booking tickets online in advance. This "technical error" on their end not only ruined our plans but caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience. Attempts to contact their team have been equally frustrating—no one answers calls, and they haven't responded to emails. While they offered rescheduling and complimentary tickets, this doesn't resolve the fact that we don't plan to return. We simply requested a refund for the tickets, but the lack of communication and accountability is appalling. I would strongly caution anyone planning to visit Illuminarium to think twice about relying on their organization or customer service.
