Great experience despite weather - Very nice and well organized experience. Had the opportunity to see both sites. There was some rain in the forecast and iflytoto worked around it in order to accommodate the flight. Staff very customer oriented and the flight was wonderful. Highly recommend

Amazing Experience - This is a must-try experience. The views really are spectacular and the ride is surprisingly smooth! I went with my wife and our kids and everyone had a great time. The pilots were very friendly and made the experience very special for our children. Overall it was a blast - highly recommend.

Memorable, unique experience above the beautiful city of Toronto! - We had a great time with pilot Dennis, very professional, comfident and friendly. It was a very memorable experience for my husband's special birthday. I would certainly recommend it! The views were breath taking! It is a bit expensive, especially because I did not notice the price were in US dollars, not Canadian. Also it is unfortunately weather dependent, especially in the winter months, other seasons dont even hesitate. That being said, our flight took place on time, was smooth and really enjoyable and exciting! I would highly recommend the experience!

Could have been better - I wanted this to be so much more. It was an interesting experience and we are mostly glad we did it, but it was underwhelming given the huge expense. I would not pay that type of money again now that I know what to expect. Details: There was a very long walk on snow covered ROADS shared with vehicles around the back of the airport, with no signage or help to find the departure point. I can’t understand why there wasn’t a shuttle or some other pick up arrangements to get us to the departure point. We had to wait longer than expected to take off, (we understand they had flight delays but found out after we arrived) and there was NO information shared during the flight. I just happened to notice when we were over the falls and announced it to the other passengers. Only those on the right side got a good look out our windows. We had expected the plane to turn for the left side to have their better view, but it never did. Then we went back. The whole experience was “okay”.

Disappointed - They have canceled before just 2 hours. Called me before the 2 hours and said that due to weather conditions we can not fly. I mean why you have to inform just before 2 hours. So, that you can’t cancel the reservation
