- In case of weather cancellations, no refunds will be issued but the options to reschedule to an alternative date
- It is required to arrive 30 minutes before your flight time. Late arrival may result in forfeit.

Must try atleast once to get the best view - This is the best experience you can get it with the scenic view of City with skyline of toronto, The view is amazing when the lake is freezed.

Honestly best experience in Toronto - So many pros to this experience I dont know where to begin. We moved to a private tour which was a huge emphasis on exhilarating, great option and not expensive. The team was so accommodating and did an amazing job with everything including customer service to the flight itself.
We are so happy to have done this while visiting

High on life- 64 is the new 40 - All of them - sunshine, great pilot, nice views of city skyscape and water.
It was a bit repetitive. Maybe widening the route a bit verses going in circles around CN tower area. Easier instructions to find the location for flight.
Great reception otherwise, lovely lounge. Warm friendly workers.

Bad experience - Very bad experience they overcharge and don’t even provide full time service. They say things but nothing was there when I reached.
