Just Amazing - This was on my Anniversary! One of the best experience we had. Denis our pilot was very polite and understanding. He explained every details very carefully also gave us time to explore more. No trouble or any uncomfortableness during flight time. It was amazing. Also Nick was very helpful and kind to offer me some addon's to make this experience more special. He was just one call away. Our driver Stan gave us a very comfortable experience. Overall highly recommended experience with this team. 10/10

Perfect for couples! - The experience was perfect, the attention was great and the flight was very enjoyable. The only thing that could have been improved is to increase the time to stay in Niagara for about an hour, because at the end we had to rush and it was difficult after all the wine.

Beautiful views and a magical day out - We opted to upgrade to the private tour, being the only couple on tour. It was definitely worthwhile upgrading to have the plane and vehicle to ourselves. The pilot and driver were both very friendly and helpful. The day was magical, and the views were amazing. The winery was brilliant, again very private, and the tastings were very generous and informative. We loved the magical day we had. The only thing worth mentioning, is that the aircraft is not as it appears on the advertisement, even for the private tour upgrade. We had a much older plane, and there was no bubbles on the plane as it appears in the advert.

After a very delayed... - After a very delayed takeoff because of a technical problem my brother and I had a very memorable and enjoyable day. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and I‘m planning to do that privat tour again with my husband at some other time.

We were supouse to have a... - We were supouse to have a “private tour”; we had to wait 30 min in the cold weather prior to get into the winery; and the pick up time (1:30 pm) does not gives you enough time for lunch

Wonderful experience, we would not choose the organizer again - Seeing Toronto and Niagara Falls from above was an absolutely amazing experience. You can only get to the airport by taxi or your own car. There is no public transport there. You should then expect to pay around 100 CAD in additional costs for the outward and return journey (Uber). The pilot "Arti" seemed very conscientious when he turned around in bad weather and made a stopover at another airport. We waited an hour and the second attempt at the return flight went well. We don't know why he borrowed the airport ID card from someone else. When he wrote messages on his mobile during the flight, we felt a little uneasy. The Cessna is very small and seemed unkempt (e.g. the ashtray was full of paper). The limousine (Lincoln) is beautiful and well maintained. Unfortunately, the trip to the two adjacent wineries only took 5 minutes. We feel a bit "ripped off". One day before departure we were offered an "upgrade" for 190 CAD, but with the undisclosed costs it was 360 CAD more. In the end we paid around 996 CAD instead of 635 CAD. The pictures and the description on "Tripadvisor" do not match at all. The advertised champagne was not served on the plane, but in a tasting glass during the wine tasting. We cannot recommend this operator under any circumstances, but we would definitely recommend a flight via Toronto and Niagara Falls.

Cancelled due to weather - Cancelled at the last minute, apparently due to weather but wasn’t raining just a little chilly out. Very disappointed didn’t get to go or get a refund. They did say can use in next year but here for a conference no current plans to return so just out the month.

They canceled the trip... - They canceled the trip one day before !!! Because the plane had a technical problem… They have only one plane !
