The city’s historic heart houses Gothic cathedrals, Arab mosques, Jewish synagogues, Roman edifices, and medieval ramparts. Partake in a mesmerizing hot air balloon ride to see the city’s splendor from above. Arrive early to watch the balloon’s inflation. Following a safety instructional overview, your journey begins. Spend an hour in the skies over the city before landing for a traditional Spanish breakfast and a celebratory glass of cava. There are two tour options, one of which includes a round-trip transfer from Madrid. The balloon baskets can accommodate between 4 and 24 passengers, not including the pilot. Baskets of varying capacities are employed depending on the total number of reservations made for the flight day.

Best way to propose! Amazing Experience! - I have a bit of a longer review, but a TLDR would be that everything was great, every crew member was communicative, helpful and kind, the experience is a must-do and I would happily go again! Now, in long-form: I wanted to use this balloon flight as a way to propose to my girlfriend. I told this plan to Virginia, who let me know in advance what the schedule will be, how the pick-up will happen and promptly answered all of my questions. She then coordinated both our driver, Emanuel, and our pilot, Jose Luis, and let them know about my plans. I spoke to Emanuel in private and he, in turn, managed to keep the activity a secret during our whole drive, so that my girlfriend was completely unaware of where we were going. He even, went above and beyond and spoke to the other tourists in our car to not spoil the surprise. Both drives (towards and from) were very safe and calm. The balloon ride itself was very smooth and I felt safe during the whole duration of the flight, and that says something coming from a person who has a fear of heights! Our pilot clearly explained the safety procedures and told us what to expect and how everything was going to go. The atmosphere was fun, the views were amazing, and we had a GoPro that we could pass around and record with. After landing, we had some food and some champagne waiting for us. The small bites were good, but the tortilla was just delicious, really, really enjoyed it. The crew constantly made us feel like we were between friends and were just smiling all the time. I have really enjoyed the experience and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone who want to try something new!
