Grutas Tolantongo - Welcome to Tolantongo!!! :D
The pools are our first stop, where we’ll stay for 1 hour and 50 minutes. Your host will inform you of the meeting point when it’s time to regroup. If you wish to try the zip line, be at the meeting point 10 to 15 minutes before the hot springs time ends. Your host will provide the exact time, depending on the number of travelers that day. They will guide you to the location and give you the necessary instructions to reunite with the group and host after completing the zip line route.
The zip line costs $300 MXN per person, with a minimum weight of 35 kg (77 lb) and a maximum of 93 kg (205 lb).
Whether you choose the zip line or not, everyone must meet the host at the designated meeting point to proceed to the next location together.

Grutas Tolantongo - It’s lunchtime! :)
[Lunch and drinks are not included.]
Here, you can enjoy your meal and drinks. Your host will be attentive, providing reminders about what we’ll need for the next destination. Once finished, prepare to explore the cave and grotto! - Grutas Tolantongo - We’ll spend about 1 hour in the cave and grotto, following the site’s rules and recommendations. Get ready for the “challenge.” Truly, photos and videos don’t do it justice; you must experience it firsthand!
- Grutas Tolantongo - After exploring the cave and grotto, it’s time to relax by the beautiful river of Tolantongo. Once the time is up, you’ll have the chance to shower and prepare to leave Tolantongo. After this adventure, you’ll have new content to share on social media. :D
- Pachuca - At this stop, you’ll have the chance to try pastes, a traditional dish from the state of Hidalgo, especially from Real del Monte and Pachuca. Pastes are oven-baked turnovers filled with various savory and sweet ingredients. This iconic dish was introduced to Mexico in the 19th century, around 1824, by English miners from Cornwall. The miners brought the “Cornish pasty,” a turnover filled with meat or vegetables, which became a staple for mine workers. Pastes remain very popular today.
- Paseo de la Reforma - Finally, we’ll head back to our meeting point in Mexico City. The estimated arrival time may vary due to traffic, expected around 9:30 p.m., though this may change based on your group’s departure time. Before disembarking, your host will remind you to check that nothing is left behind, either on or under your seat. At the end, please leave your blanket on top of the seat headrest. Thank you for joining us! We hope you enjoyed this adventure! :D
