The driver will wait in the car for up to 20 minutes at the scheduled time. Vehicle details will be sent via WhatsApp.
Flight Delays
If your flight is delayed or cancelled, please inform us at least 6 hours in advance.
Without notice, the service will proceed as originally scheduled.
Luggage
Each passenger is allowed one 24-inch suitcase. Additional or oversized luggage may require extra seats.
If the luggage exceeds the vehicle’s capacity, the driver reserves the right to refuse service.
