Wadi Shab - April 2024 - We were picked up from our hotel, which made the trip really easy. The timings were flexible which meant we could start the trip early, as suggested by our tour guide. We left our hotel at 6.30am which might seem really early for a holiday but it meant that when we got to wadi Shab it wasn’t busy. Everything was accounted for on the trip by our tour guide, he was ver hospitable & made our day out one to remember! He took lots of pictures for us & videos which were amazing! We finished the walk and swim in around 3 hours which meant we got back to the car park around 10.30am, at this point the car park was so busy & the que for the boat crossing was huge. I would highly recommend going early! This trip is perfect for couples or families with children that are around 5 or older! We had a fantastic day, made extra special by our tour guide ☺️

Wadi Shab trip - First class trip! We absolutely loved it. The transport and the tour guides were fantastic. We visited during Ramadan and was accommodated. Highly recommend!

Adventure bliss - It was an incredible adventure! Our tour guide was the highlight, turning every moment into a thrilling experience. The hiking and swimming routes were easy to navigate, making it the perfect day for family fun and excitement.

Wadi Shab hike and swim - Although I live in Muscat, I decided to go with these guys as we had my 8 month granddaughter visit with the rest of my family from London and UK. It was brilliant. We came as a mixed group and the guys were so accommodating, polite and friendly. Lot's of tips and local history given throughout the drive and the lunch was flavoursome and plentiful. The wadi is absolutely stunning and lots of care was given to make.sure we were as safe as possible. You do a 40 minute hike to get to the pools and some of the rocks are slippery. Snacks were provided and very encouraging. Will use again for next set of visitors. All in all, excellent value for money and gave my family memories that will last forever.

WOOOOOW - It was an amazing adventures . We enjoyed a lot and had a great time ! Our guide salman made coffee for us, a lot of pictures and we had s so so much fun together .. I recommend it for 16273838392% for everyone who wants to go to Oman !

Great experience must do - Great tour everything is taken care of and the guide is amazing! You get to see the amazing sites at Wadi Shab. Do bring some water shoes though otherwise the experience can be very painful!

Best visit Wadi Shab - I found salman on instagram and instantly contacted them. First me and my husband scheduled for friday but i got sick so we postponed to Saturday. By Saturday morning 7.30 we depart from muscat and reach wadi shab by 9.30. Take very short boat and hiking 45 minutes. It was amazing scenery, and ahmed our guide is awesome. He is very helpful and kind. We reach first pool and very nice and relaxing. After walk another 25 minutes we reach the second pool where the cave is. It was fresh water and very clean. My husband cant swim and he have to take life jacket. But ahmed really helpful by constantly pull him up. Ps : he is also good photographer as well. In the end, i would highly recommend take your tour with visitwadishab . Very reasonable price and wont disappointed at all.

Trip that didn’t happen - We booked this tour the night before we wanted to go and it was confirmed, however the guide didn’t pick us up in the morning so we ended up contacting Viator who cancelled it and requested a refund. The guide did contact us until later on in the morning, but by that point we had made alternative arrangements. The only way to contact the guide was through the live chat on the Viator app. Viator couldn’t get through to them either at the time of our request. It was frustrating because Viator also didn’t respond to our WhatsApp messages and we ended up having to call them internationally. Maybe if the guide made their number available we could have got in touch sooner, just a suggestion.

Disappointment - Provider is very rude and unprofessional. He cancelled our booking without confirmation from our side and forced us to pay cash. And on disagreement he was rude and unethically disconnected the call. Disappointed with the hospitality.
