- Tirana - Step back in time by visiting the historical towns of Kruja. Our tour leader will come and pick you up at your hotel in Tirana in the morning
- Kruje - Kruja, a historical city symbol of the Albanian resistance against the expansion of the Ottoman Empire during the XV-th century. Kruja is situated in central Albania on a rocky mountainous terrain about 560 meters above sea level, on the slopes of Sarisalltik Mountain.
- Kruja Bazaar - Walking through the narrow streets and the wooden houses of Kruja’s Medieval Old Bazaar (one of the biggest and oldest in Balkans) gives you a sense of a passage through the history. This is the best place to shop for souvenir in Albania, from typical to more unique and handmade souvenirs such as carpets, jewelleries etc.
- Kruja Castle - The castle of Kruja (built during the 5th century A.D.) is strategically placed on the top of a rocky hill, making it difficult for the enemies to attack. The tour leader will take you through some hidden paths, used by the locals to leave the castle without being noticed during periods when the enemies surrounded the castle.
- Durres - After wondering through the history of Kruja, we will drive towards the ancient town of Durres. During our visit we will pass by the amphitheater, the Roman ruins and the Venetian Tower. We will continue our tour towards the promenade by the seaside \

Perfect day - I had a fantastic day visiting these beautiful cities. Elton was very knowledgable, kind, profesional and very helpful. He made me feel very comfortable and I thoroughly enjoyed the entire day. I can’t wait to visit this lovely country again. There is so much to see and explore.

Day tour of Kruja and Durres from Tirana - Me and my friend are both from Scotland and thoroughly enjoyed our trip today with our guide Renato. Renato was an excellent guide who spoke very good English, was enthusiastic and very knowledgeable on all aspects with every question that was asked on the tour being able to be answered by him well. Overall the tour was really good and I would definitely recommend going on it with Renato having a friendly attitude and having very in depth knowledge on Albania. Overall the tour was excellent and I’d definitely recommend it to others.

Great Tour. - Highly recommended! A must try tour especially if you are just visiting Tirana for a few days. This gives you a chance to see a bit of Albanian heritage and history. Gino, my tour guide, was very knowledgeable and helpful all thoughout the journey as he took his time and never one bit rushed me.

Cooperative and Professional team! - We had 2 group and one private tours with this company. The groups aren't too big as mostly people travel by their own.
This tour was historical and informative. The weather was hot otherwise the tour could have been even more pleasurable.
Mr Idrees was our tour guide.
He is extremely polite, helpful and cooperative. He recommended the best place to get souvenirs as well as helped with the communication between our next hotel manager and us when there was a football match and roads were blocked.
Only their fares are bit higher otherwise; overall, I highly recommend this company as they are reliable.

Great guide , day trip Tirana to durres - Great driver/tourguide . Spoke great English . Had a full day tour from Tirana to Kruja then Durres . New gully electric car. Communicated thru WhatsApp very quickly and efficiently, Highly recommend choose Balkan. p.S. Toni great driver and tour guide

Great day — great guide - My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our daylong tour of Kruja and Durres with Daniel who was personable, knowledgeable, and entertaining. Great insights into culture and history — couldn’t have asked for more. A really fantastic day and a great lunch stop to make things even better.
