Camel Caravan - Chicas was an awesome guide! The tour included great food, camel ride, eco lesson, and fun with birds among other great features. We didn’t know it would take as long as it did so allow for an entire day of fun if you choose this activity. Great pictures for the memories!

Camelback tour. - The saddle needs bigger loops for the back rider’s feet. It is uncomfortable for your feet and the medal rails hurt your inner legs.

Memorable experience with the camels - Riding and interacting with camels and learning fun facts about them was memorable and fun! The whole experience with the birds, nature, as well as tortilla making, tequila tasting and lunch made the day great. Very interesting to see paper making from camel poop too! Guides were also trainers for the animals and knowledgeable, caring. The downsides were that they did not pick us up at the original time and our concierge had to call to reschedule (that was the transport service problem). Picture prices were high, and the actual activity did not start until 2 hours after pick up-would be nice to include that in description. Total roundtrip was over 7 hours.

Very unhappy - We did not get a chance to go on our tour because we did not get departure information on time. The sad part was they wouldn’t reschedule without charging us and refused to give us a refund and it was my wedding weekend. We had a party of 6 and they literally took our money! I will never book again! Customer service and quality of care for their customers is deplorable.

Don’t like it - Not what I expected, you have to wait 2 hours to get to see the camels, they give you a chocolate talk very boring and they show you pony a give you a long explenation about those other animals, they don’t leave you use your cellphone, just because you have to pay $80 pero the photo package.
