Amazing experience! - Everything was excellent from the pick-up to the explanations given by Camilo our driver and guide. I would repeat it without a doubt!

Kindness of our guide. - The tour was very good, what we liked most was that our guide was very nice, he waited for us the necessary time to take photos, he answered our questions, we recommend the tour.

Magical place - Firstly, I thank our guide Yelitza, since without her motivation I would not have been able to finish climbing the mountain 😂 it was my first hiking tour. Both places, the stories, the legends are fascinating! We chose the included lunch option; delicious. We loved everything!!!

Great tour and Guide! - Was a great tour, we had Juan Carlos who was a great guide and very informative of the history, we were picked up from our hotel, and stopped on the way to see various points of Interest! Recommend.

Lake Guatavita - The tour to the lake was very enjoyable. Seeing the countryside outside the city. Learning the history of Guatavita. My guide Nataly was excellent and the docent at the lake was very knowledgeable. Excellent experience.

Great tour and trout! - Because we liked the Bogata city tour we had with Daniel so much, we were happy that he was available to do this tour. Daniel met us at our hotel, and the driver, Fernando, picked us up, and took the scenic route to Guatavita. The lake is on land belonging to the indigenous Muisca, and our tour was conducted by a Muisca guide, with Daniel translating. Unfortunately (if you’re a retired teacher like I am) there were two school buses of students also on the tour. The guide’s focus was mainly on the students, but the hike, flora, and views made up for it. We did learn through the guide and Daniel about the origin of El Dorado, the many countries trying to gain riches by enslavement, exploitation and disregard for land and it people. After, Daniel took us to an excellent restaurant in town for lunch. The region is known for trout, and that’s what we had. The meal was delicious, and it was a day we’ll spent.

Great tour, a must see! - Enjoyed the view at Guatavita as well as the town close by. Lunch was great. Lisette was knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. We loved our experience and definitely recommend the tour!
