Pleased and would book again - Andrei was very kind and informative, and got me to the Spa quickly. I felt comfortable and was able to contact him with no issues regarding both pick-up times. Slice of heaven hidden in Buchares - Little slice of heaven!! The transfer included was incredible. So much confidence within the driver. He was friendly and felt like a VIP. The spa was incredible. The food, the drinks, the cleanliness just everything was amazing!

A must have day! And a must have guide with Marco! - Absolutely amazing day! Our guide Marco was the best ever! Super friendly, helpful, and kind! He was on time and went out of his way to make sure my daughter and I had an amazing experience! I couldn’t recommend him more! The spa was awesome! But the service was the highlight of the day! From clear communication, on to being picked up and drop off on time, to asking if we needed to get anything to eat on our way back to our accommodations! I travel a lot, been to 37 countries. Never seen such stellar level of service! Well done! Thank you! Couldn’t recommment Marco more!

Highly Recommend - Marco was on time, courteous and a great driver. He showed patience and humour while we peppered him with questions from the health care system to the criminal justice system in Romania 😊 Therme was amazing - glad we were there first thing in the morning as by noon it was crowded. If you want a massage or other treatment, get there super early and make a beeline for the reservation counter on the 2nd floor as spots go fast (and the line is long and slow). A nice way to relax before our tour started!

Great place but no where near enough staff! - Lovely place and spotlessly clean! However, chaos in the waterslide area! No control over the queues or rubber rings for the slides. At the pool bar in The Palm area - more chaos. Max of 2 people serving and more often than not only one. Staff unfriendly and we had to wait ages. No one clearing glasses away either so in all chaotic! Food court - more chaos!!!!
