Great transfer experience - Transfer vehicle arrived on time to take us to the pier to meet the speed boat to AoNang. Once there, we met an organised chaos with people everywhere. The staff were very efficient and friendly and grouped and tagged us into destinations. The speed boat even left 5 minutes early and everything ran smoothly from start to finish. The hotel transfer once in AoNang was also well organised. Highly recommend!

I can highly recommend!!! - I’ve used Green Planet before and its such a great fast service. 3 days ago I used the big boat (Phi Phi Cruiser) to go from Patong to Krabi. If you want to go to Krabi from Phuket or Krabi to Phuket use a Speed boat not a big boat! From the timetable I was given for the big boat it said arrive at phi phi from Phuket at 10:15am and there is a Krabi boat leaves phi phi at 10:30am arriving at Krabi at 12pm how different it was: Left my hotel at 7:30am, on the boat 8:00 scheduled to Leave 8:30 left about 9:00. Got to Phi phi after 11 then had to wait around till 3:30pm for the boat to Krabi which arrived about 5:30pm. All up hotel to hotel was over 10hrs and cost 1000 baht. I’ve taken the speed boat before, takes 1hr 15mins and the price difference isn’t a lot. Lesson learnt will only ever travel by speed boat with Green Planet from now on.

Long story short, waste of money. - If you’re debating on this vs taking the ferry, just save your money and take the ferry. They picked us up on time at our hotel at noon and dropped us at the pier shortly after 1pm. The actual “speed” boat didn’t leave until 3 pm so we sat in a cafe that charged triple what we paid for everything in Phuket for two hours. The actual boat itself is a hotbox with almost no airflow, even when moving. It is shaded, but be prepared to sweat and then share that sweat with your neighbors. There is no view. You’re packed in like sardines. They ask for the same information multiple times and then wait, in the heat, with no airflow, to ask every person which hotel they’re going to, despite giving that information at booking and again via WhatsApp twice.
