Upon arrival in Brooklyn, there will be a brief pause before meeting the team. Enjoy a guided river cruise through the renowned Oyster farms, followed by a trip to a secret location for an in-water dining experience. Upon arrival, waterproof waders will be provided, and guests will be guided to their unique dining spot in the water. Champagne will be served upon arrival. The team will demonstrate how to open oysters, allowing guests to indulge in a seafood feast with 18 oysters per person and plenty of prawns. • Terrigal - After the unique in-water dining experience, it’s time for lunch (at your own expense). The team will take you to one of the most picturesque seaside villages on the Central Coast. Terrigal offers breathtaking views and a variety of cafes and restaurants to choose from. The café culture is a significant part of its charm. Whether you’re looking for a beach view, a quiet espresso, or a lunch spot with a fresh, modern menu, there’s something for everyone. The region is also known for its retail outlets, so take advantage of the opportunity to do some shopping. This is the perfect one-day escape from Sydney, returning to the city by 4pm, leaving plenty of time for evening plans.

You can take a swim or shop like a local, with many retail stores in this charming Central Coast village open every day.

• Guests prior to this unique experience need to provide their shoe size and height so our team can arrange the correct waders
• Guests must be independently mobile to board and disembark the boat and tour sites. If guests require walking sticks or are not steady on their feet they should not book this tour.
• You may get wet - sea spray from the open boat ride is possible so we suggest bringing a light waterproof jacket. Waterproof waders will be provided for the in water element.
• The tour operates on minimum numbers.
• If the river is closed for harvest, oysters will be sourced from another estuary
