Amazing Experience - We had so much fun on this excursion! Axel is so friendly and knowledgeable and will go above and beyond to make sure everyone has a great time. During our excursion, we stopped at a small family restaurant for lunch and the food was amazing! At each stop, it was nice to have Axel looking after just the five of us as opposed to being in a large group of people. I would highly recommend booking an excursion with Axel and Jaguar Journey. Vanessa was also very helpful when we were booking this excursion and answered all of our questions.

The Great Snorkelling Adventure Private Tour - Myself and My family visited Mexico from the UK in August 2023. we stayed in Cancun Rivera, and wanted to do a private tour for the day, we opted for the Great Snorkelling adventure. So, before I go any further its really important that everyone reads the next bit...…. DO NOT BOOK ANY OTHER OPERATOR - JAGUAR JOURNEY IS THE BEST AND SHOULD BE THE BENCHMARK. We were picked up by Axel from our hotel at 08:15 and travelled to our first activity (Snorkelling within a fish sanctuary, My son is only 4 however Axel looked after him so much and giving my son the best start to the day, we then travelled to a beach where we were able to swim with turtles as promised, again Axel was amazing and sorted everything - ever getting me some beers!!!! After the turtles is was off to a local restaurant where we had a lovely lunch, and then just before we were set to leave, Axel had arranged for a birthday cake to be delivered to us as it was my birthday - THANKYOU, its things like this that makes Jaguar Journeys, just, better then the rest. After a lovely lunch, it was a short trip back to the hotel but not before we stopped off a secluded Cenote, which honestly made our whole holiday - it was quiet, beautiful and made you realise what an amazing and special place Mexico is. We met Axel in the morning, as our tour guide, but by the end of the day he was a friend. I would like to take this opportunity to thank Axel and his Partner personally for giving my family and I one of the best days we have had as a family, my Children still talk about it daily and cant wait to go back next year. When we return next year, all trips will go though Jaguar Journey, as we know how brilliant they are. Great customized private tour! - We combine the turtle snorkel, fish sanctuary and cave tour since they were all close together and it was a great day of adventure. Having the four of us guided by Axel let us do all the activities sun one day without the crowds. The turtles and snorkeling was great. The fish sanctuary was also really cool. I think the cave was the highlight though. It was a private cave with no crowds and we got to explore at our own pace. Axel was very knowledgeable about the area and history. He had plenty of snacks and water for us and was attentive to our needs. We would highly recommended over a large group tour to one of the Xcaret places.

Highly recommend Jaguar Journey - We searched so many excursions that I honestly didn’t remember what we actually booked. What we expected: *A van full of people. *Getting dropped off at our destination and being told, see ya later! *A regular, run of the mill touristy vibe. What we got: *A fully private experience with a friendly, personable, knowledgeable, and professional tour guide. *We first went to the fish sanctuary and imagine our surprise when Axel jumped in the water with us! We snorkeled the entire area while learning about the area, where salt water meets fresh water and how the underground rock formations were made. *We then went to a local Mayan restaurant for authentic tacos (and I got to feed stray puppies!) *Had a bit of free time to do a little shopping. *Traveled off the grid to explore a huge cave system. This was a mix of walking and swimming. We learned so much from Axel about how the cenotes are all connected by an underground river, and the Mayan history and beliefs. Our experience with Axel lasted a full 8 hours; this included round trip transportation from and back to our hotel. We enjoyed him so much that we ended up booking another excursion with him a couple days later. TIP: Wear water shoes and not flip flops! Learn from my mistake haha!!

100% recommended for families - Hey this tour is better than Xelha, we had the opportunity to book it and was the best decision ever! The cave was awesome and the service of the guide Axel was top notch. Thanks guys for everything my family loved it
