Highly recommended - great experience, worth every penny - Great experience, easy to hop-on / hop-off, good variety of drinks/snacks on board, clean toilets, amazing sightseeing and great info from the crew about all the interesting places that we passed en route, entertaining, good photo opportunities, worth every penny! You could easily spend all day on/off board exploring London!

London boat ride up Thames. - The scenery of London taken in on the Thames was breathtaking. The boat crew did a great job of narrating with a lot of sense of humor.

City cruises 24hr hop on hop off - Access to and from the pier was excellent, timetables easy to follow and understand, Ship was well presented, clean and tidy, facilities on board again clean and tidy, journey was very good, while we didn't download the audio guide, the crew did provide a running guide as to the buildings and the history, even threw in a little humor. Bar was expensive as you would expect, but staff nice and pleasant.

Hop on hop off cruise - Amazing views from the river, great commentary by crew giving a good insight into life on the river.Definitely a worthwhile experience and one to be repeated.

City cruise - I had a fabulous time with my daughter. Gill the tour guide was fabulous. His jokes were hilarious, and he was extremely informative as we passed all the tour sites. Leon at the Bar was also a great help, extremely friendly, and polite. Excellent communication and customer service. All round great experience.

Don’t book - This is not a tour, it is a boat cruise. Book the Uber boat instead, you will utilize it much more and actually get to destinations in a quick fashion. Was originally okay with going slow since we thought it was a tour but… no live guide was available/ speaking. We also only got 1 ride of out the 24 hours. Not worth the money.

The experience from Hell - I travelled to London back in November 2023 and quite possibly had the worse experience of all time. Firstly over priced drinks who on earth pays £8 for a can of Malibu when you can get 3 for 7 in supermarkets. Secondly I have an image of a fury friend that my daughter discovered (we was sat at the front). This is extremely unhygienic and not appealing in the slightest I mean the poor staff working in these environments 24/7!
I raised this onboard the boat however, not much was done due to circumstances involving management (POOR MANAGEMENT).
I understand this could have been raised months prior to now however, as you could imagine myself and the kids are still traumatised from the experience we had will defo not be going back!
