Great Tour - The Tourguy was very funny and the organization was great. The bootstour in the River was the best on this day.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ - One of the Best, Highly recommended during your stay in Phuket💓💓💓, the organizers were so caring and organized, Rafting had multiple levels 5K, 7K and 9Km. The one included is 5K and if you want more you've to pay more. You'll enjoy.

Fantastic trip with my two children - What a fantastic day and it was made all the better by our tour guide, Adi. Adi was brilliant - looked after everyone on the tour, was always there and was very entertaining. The activities were great - short stops at the Monkey Cave, Zip and ATV but that was enough. The rafting, the main event, was brilliant. All of the local people we met during the trip were also very nice and helpful. Lunch was amazing- you eat at camp with the most spectacular views. It is a full on day but with it.

Good Fun; Bit Too Much Waiting - The activities themselves were good fun, however the tour guide was responsible for several different tour groups which resulted in a fair bit of waiting around whilst they ensured all groups were catered to

Mess - Complete mess and waste of time. It's a 10 hours program 6 of which you'll be moving around in a bus, with the zip lining taking around 5 minutes and water rafting around 20 minutes.

Not worth your time - The description is quite misleading. Firstly, it is not a 2 hour trip from Patong, it is 3 hours. We were picked up from Phuket Town, so it over 4 hours total on the bus each way. Second, the atv tour is more like 10-15 minutes, not 30 minutes. The staff don't tell you how to operate the atv's. Keep your legs wide apart while doing this, because the atv burnt my leg. They don't warn you of this. Thirdly, it says max 40 people on the tour, but it's just max 40 on the bus. When you arrive at the destination, there are about 140 people there, so there is a lot of waiting around for your turn, and the organisation is abysmal. The rafting was fun, but the guides stick around asking for tips afterwards. Of all the tours we've done in Thailand, this was the only one we regretted doing.

Really regret booking this. Long day and a bit of a shambles. Rafting is only good bit but I'd skip in dry season - Ok so first up, the good things: The rafting is grantedly quite fun. They've built a dam which they open at the start of the session to flood the river and allow you to raft even in dry season. I'd recommend it if you're bringing younger kids or you've never rafted before. The tour guide (Adi) is very friendly and you can see how much effort she is putting in. She tries so hard to keep everything organised (we'll get to that). There's enough food to keep you going at lunch and it tastes quite good. Now for the many reasons I wouldn't recommend this tour: Firstly the rafting is extremely tame. There were only 2 spots I'd consider enough to call rafting (at least in dry season), the rest is just floating along a river. You also don't actually paddle, there's 2 guides per boat with a paddle and you just sit there. This takes all the fun out of it. The activities are miles away, we were picked up out of Phuket town which meant a 06:30 start and we didn't start rafting until 1200. We were lucky and had lunch after this. But some people went to ATV and zipline before lunch, which means they weren't fed until after 1400. The rest of the activities are filler at best. The zipline would be fun if you've never done it before. The ATV would be terrifying if you'd never done it before. They tell you at the start not to let women drive because there's so many accidents (come on). I'm not surprised there's daily accidents (some serious by their own admission). The bikes are in terrible shape, there's no rear brake on most and the steering and suspension are in terrible condition. This is the only time I've ever felt unsafe on an ATV (and I was jumping them over hills in Bali a month ago). The waterfall is barely worth mentioning let alone going out of the way to visit but it was nice to get out the bus for a walk. Lastly is the organisation. As I said Adi tried her best, but these tours are not max 40. There's multiple variations of this tour running concurrently (5k/7k raft, elephant ride vs ATV etc) which meant there were 137 people on our tour today with only the one person trying to keep track of who was doing what and when. This meant there was a lot of sitting around waiting for your turn and just a whole lot of chaos. Why we weren't put into numbered groups instead of constantly shouting out hotel names and group sizes, I'll never know. We got off the bus early and made our own way back in a taxi, despite paying extra for the transfer to our hotel because we couldn't face the extra 1.5 hours on the bus back once you get back to Phulet island. Definitely not a good use of a days holiday

Mixed bag - Overall, it was a mixed bag. First, the adventure tour is not in Phuket. The exact locations are in the tour description, but unless you Google where they are you wouldn’t know you leave Phuket island, hence the 2.5 hour transfer. Second, despite multiple tours on Viator, it is one tour with many options. A better way to do it, would be to list one tour with multiple add on activities. ** Note, all the Phuket Adventure tours have the same duration no matter how many activities you do( And one option is elephant riding, so if you don’t want to support that, this is not the company for you). The duration despite activity was a killer- had we known we’d be waiting around after we were done, we would have chosen another tour. Third, pick up was an ordeal. We were told to be in the lobby at 730, but at 730 we tempt a message saying the driver had left. They did come back and get us. There was a lot of kerfuffle and differing versions of what happened. Four, it was poorly organized. Despite knowing who was coming, it was a rush to certain activities. A better way would be to group together participants who wanted the same option in the van and tell them the plan, rather than ad hoc chaos. Lastly, due to the disorganization we almost missed our ATV, and we skipped the brief. Earlier the tour guide said ladies shouldn’t drive (WTF), so I went with my husband. We would have been better off with two (like we thought we were getting). We struggled with the ATV and I had to skip it all together rather than go with some staff member while soaking wet. My husband’s breaks failed. He was told accidents happen. Mechanical failures should not. Other things to know: staff completely disregarded concerns: First about pick up, then about the ATV. Someone volunteered to do the ATV, but it never materialized meaning I paid extra for an activity I wanted to do and didn’t get to. The other things is that there are extras you can add on the day, extra kilometers for rafting, purchase of pictures. If you buy extra kilometers, you might miss other activities (because of the disorganized nature of things). Bring cash. The great part was the white water rafting. Which was thoroughly enjoyable with entertaining guides. The extra kilometers are worth the cost as the bigger rapids are in the extra bit. The rapids in the first 5 kilos pretty mellow.

Don't waste your time - Don't waste your day, over 2.5 hours drive each way from Patong, rafting was only for 20min, had to pay extra 800 b to make it an hour of rafting. They dont tell you how far the rafting place is. Re zip line, it's worse overall, I would save myself 5 to 6 hours drive and money and do something else. Horrible trip.
