・ Please provide your flight number (arrival to Bangkok/departure from Bangkok) and details accurately when booking.
・ For both Departure and Arrival services, we will contact you with meeting point details via your registered messenger or phone number 1 or 2 days before your booking date. Ensure your contact information is accurate.
・ This service is unavailable to customers from countries requiring a visa to enter Thailand. It is available for those who have obtained an arrival visa in their home country.
・ After meeting your guide at the airport gate, please follow our staff. You will be transported in the Buggy at that time.
・ If the arrival gate is distant from the premium line, you will enter through the nearest VIP line.
・ If the aircraft stops at the bus gate on the runway, the first elevator to the gate is the meeting point.
・ If entry to the country is denied by the Immigration Officer, we cannot assist you.
・ Long-term stay customers or frequent visitors to Bangkok may be denied entry.
・ The Immigration Fast-track Service will commence once you meet the local staff in the walking area.
・ The same price applies to both adults and children.
・ Free for children under the age of 2.
・ Reservations can be canceled if mandatory requirements are not met. Your reservation is not complete until you receive a confirmation voucher.

※ Currently, camera or video recording is strictly controlled when using airport arrival and departure services and other airport facilities. Penalties and fines for departure or arrival will be imposed if detected.

Fast Track & Arrival Option: Upon arriving at the airport, meet your VIP guide at Suvarnabhumi Airport Air, Opposite of Gate D5.
VIP Buggy Cart Service: Local staff will be waiting for you at the exit.
Self-Fast Track Coupon: Please proceed directly to the Fast Track located near Opposite Gate D5.
